Love this location! The store is clean and staff is always so nice. Order is always correct and hot. The bathroom is clean. The parking lot works well and traffic isn't usually to bad with the drive through. My only down fall would be order pick up is soo slow and even when ordering to go the orders get placed on the shelf instead of to the person. But overall a great location.

SUPER clean! We love Chick-fil-A, so glad we stopped in while traveling. Our family noticed how clean the bathrooms were and how nice they smelled. The restaurant was very clean as well, festive and decorated for Christmas. It had a nice homey touch, so cute. The food was delish as always, not a long wait time.

Chick-fil-A is our family's go-to spot for a delicious meal that's perfect for the kids. Their focus on chicken means top-notch nuggets that never disappoint. When we swing by during the day, the play area is a haven for moms and young ones not yet in school. Our go-to is the 5 Ct Nuggets Kid's Meal, a steal at under 7 dollars. It's a perfect combo with nuggets, fries or fruit cup, a kid-sized drink, and an ice cream treat. Ordering through the Chick-fil-A app is a game-changer, not just for convenience but for collecting those awesome reward points. Parking's a breeze, especially away from the city, and the staff? They're unbelievably friendly. Plus, the bathrooms are consistently clean, which is a huge plus for parents on the go. Chick-fil-A, hands down, makes our family outings stress-free and deliciously enjoyable!

As a first time customer to chick-fil-A I have always heard about their service but never experienced it. Yesterday evening I was in a hurry due to Halloween festivities, And quite frankly I just did not want to deal with any of the other fast food restaurants in our area. They're lack of customer service, always messing orders up, and the food just quite frankly being lackluster. So I decided to try Chick-fil-A with my husband. OH BOY DID Y'ALL NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! You now have a new loyal customer!!! The drive-thru was so well organized and seamless, From how you had your associates out there taking orders, Their friendliness, The fact that I didn't see one of them stuck in their phone ignoring customers, Not one of them was rude or seemed bothered by our presence there, And with the extremely long line I was in and out of there and under I would say 2 minutes if even that. When I finally got my food I didn't even feel like I needed to check it because I knew it was goingna be there!!! And then my favorite part, when I asked for one of your associates to give a customer compliment, Not only did that person seem thankful and attentive to do so, He actually did it!! What's more, The manager was actually right there, Which you never see!! All in all, Chick-fil-A I Compliment everything because there was no point in time when I saw any of your associates that felt like we were a bother to them, Their heads were never stuck in their phones instead of working, They all seemed happy to be there and happy to serve us food and do their job, We never got blamed for your app's not working, or Told that I know I'm at a cash register but go use that kiosk over there Because i'd rather talk to my friends behind the counter, i could a list any of the ridiculousness that we are seeing in all of the other fast food restaurants. In my opinion, All those fast food restaurants should take training from your team. Side note: when we did get home, the food was all there... perfectly cooked and tasted great!!

Simply The best , and the customer service is out of this world , I love this location and I've had multiple siblings and friends work here over the years because of the top notch food and customer service 😀 We love us some Chick-Fil-A And we love the attention to detail .. Please don't ever stop being the wonderful ppl that God made yall to be ...God Bless 🙏🏻

This location is very clean with smiling faces. The drive thru is well organized with minimal wait times. There has never been a visit where the food was not top notch. This particular location has an inside play ground for the little ones. This location is conveniently located off interstate 95 in north Florida. Just minutes from the Jacksonville international airport. Keep up the great service and smiling faces.

We were on vacation from Quebec. Food was very good but the point of my review is because my 7 year old daughter forgot her blankie at the restaurant. Her whole world was destroyed, she was doing anxiety, couldn't sleep. So I ended up calling at the restaurant after a few days to know if by chance, they found her blankie and THEY DID!!!! They even shipped it back to us in Canada free of charge with extras in the box. Thanks to them and a special thanks to the managers, you are very kind, nice staff. Thank you very very much!
