I had an ice cream emergency on Thanksgiving day, while the location had been closed for about 10 min the staff was happy to help me out! All while smiling and having a great day. Working in retail for many years it was a refreshing visit. Hats off to these wonderful ladies.

I took my service dog to Dunkin' donuts and asked if they had a pup cup? They did and I ordered it and what more is there to say? It was great. Apparently, according to my service dog it was great. Great. I did not try and eat any. Me. I don't know why she looks so sad in her photo but trust me when I tell you she was very happy with her pup cup.

We visit this Dunkin / Baskin Robins pretty regularly, and typically have had good experiences here. Most recently, we went for ice cream as a treat for our kids. We each got a sundaes, and had a t-mobile deal, which they allowed us to stack, which was really nice. Service at time can be a bit slow, especially in off peak hours, but it's not horrible.
