This is my favorite yogurt place and love the cupcakes even more. Can’t decide which is my favorite flavor because they are all so yummy! I can bribe the kids to do most chores or sit still through a haircut when they know they are coming to Sweet by Holly. 💕🍧
This was my first purchase from Sweet By Holly and it was a fantastic experience. I ordered a gluten-free cake and 6 cupcakes. The order process was quick and the local manager(Elise) called me to confirm my order. The delivery process was great and they were able to deliver the cake and cupcakes when I needed them. These were the best gluten-free cake and cupcakes that we have ever had! My wife has been gluten-free for 15+ years and she has tried many different gluten-free options over the years. We both were incredibly impressed!
Sweet By Holly is amazing! I ordered a red velvet graduation cake and matching mini cupcakes (not pictured) in Plain Jane. Can we say MOIST and delicious, because that's what everything was! Everyone loved the red velvet cake and raved about the homemade icing.
The strawberry and DULCE DE LECHE cupcakes deserve a review of their own , absolutely amazing. The prices were a little more than I anticipated but that’s the price of going into an actual bakery so I understand. The staff could have been a little more welcoming, the say me walking in but continued to have a conversation so I wanted a while before someone else helped me. But over all the cupcakes were very good!! My fiancé who isn’t much for sweets also had a few of them which I wasn’t expecting so they must have been pretty good 😊
Sweet by Holly has some of the best cupcakes I have ever had. The cupcakes are dense, moist and super tasty! There are plenty of options to choose from and there are even gluten free cupcakes, too. We order from Sweet by Holly at work each time someone has a birthday and they are definitely a crowd favorite. My personal favorite is the cookies and cream cupcake.
The icing on top is how friendly and helpful the staff is.
Tip: go on Monday for $1 mini cupcakes!

Love Sweet by Holly! I got my friends shower cake, my own shower cake, and wedding cake from here. Their cakes are so delicious and there are so many flavor options. They also make everything beautiful and I was so pleased with all my speciality cakes I have ordered from them. I’ve also had people tell me their cake is the best they’ve ever had at the events I had their cakes at! My shower and wedding cake were also ordered during COVID and they were so flexible and accommodating regarding our tasting and pick up/delivery times of the cake and their staff is always very nice.
We have ordered many beautiful cakes…wedding, groom’s, birthday and yummy cupcakes from SweetbyHolly since 2017. I highly recommend this bakery!! Recently there was a hiccup with one cake, but kindly the management and staff went above and beyond to make it right! I am very gracious that they cared so much…. If you love cupcakes, then give Sweet By Holly a try. I personally recommend the "High Hat". This is a chocolate cupcake, with a large dollop of butter cream on top, that is then dipped in chocolate. You can't go wrong with that! I also love the "White Cap" and the "Mississippi Mud Slide". Sweet offers two sizes of cup cakes, the traditional standard sized cupcakes (they actually seem larger than regular cupcakes to me), and mini cupcakes in case you just have craving for a little something sweet. I haven't tried it yet, but Sweet also offers a variety of frozen yogurts. Next time you are in the town center and want something sweet, give this place a try.
So incredibly disappointed by this location....

I was contacted by their regional manager and he made everything right and then some! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied: he had the cake completely remade and done by their head decorator, he offered me a full refund and had the cake delivered to my house. His actions completely changed my experience for the better and my mom and I couldn't be happier with our cake! I've attached the new image of the cake and pictures of the sweet card and cupcakes they included with delivery.
It's always a treat whenever I go to Jacksonville to visit my favorite Drs. & nurses at The Mayo Clinic.
However, the best treat is to stop at St Johns Town Center & buy the best of the best cupcakes at Sweets by Holly.
BTW If ever in Jacksonville visit this amazingly large outdoor mall.
