Stopped at Ted Turner's Ted's Montana Grill for a bison burger. Normally we would stop in Bozeman Mt and were surprised to find one in JAX. Love the Bison burgers. Best root beer floats! Real hand cut fries!!
This place is awesome!! Farm to table, delicious soured cucumbers, everything available in beef or buffalo. AND delicious seafood! Something for everyone here. We also had amazing service. Wish I could remember our waiter's name. Will definitely be going back.
The veggie burger here is to die for! Our server, Graham, was awesome--super friendly and full of excellent suggestions with the menu. We will definitely be back!
Very good food and atmosphere. I'd recommend it. But the prices were higher than said on Urban Spoon. Maybe a $$$ not $$.

We come here all the time. Service is awesome (Dale & Graham best servers!) food is fantastic!! Bison burgers the best!
Overall, my wife and I find Ted's to be quote, "our place". I find its old timey rustic charm welcoming. Very nice decor with the old fashioned ceiling and enormous buffalo mount on the wall. Definitely choose a booth for a cozy personal feel. The food is excellent and comparatively speaking we find that our most favorite entrées were prepared even better at this particular Ted's. Overall the food with the obvious bison flare is excellent and service is top notch. Love their southern sweet ice tea which I've yet to find better anywhere. Start of with the bison chili with fresh cut jalapeños it's delicious with a bite as well! Happy eats!
Best burgers in town. If you love The Loop's burgers, these are of the same caliber, and have way more choices for accompaniments. I had the bison burger with jack cheese, roasted anaheim peppers, tomato butter, avocado, and cilantro. Amazing! Also try the strawberry margarita, Delicious. You would never know it has way fewer calories than other margarita's.
Great For When You Are In A Burger Mood. We ate at Ted's on a Friday night and were seated promptly and ordered the chips and dip appetizer. The dip, a variation on French onion, was AMAZING and I kept some for dipping purposes for my french fries. My hubby had the Cadillac burger and it had all the food groups: meat, bacon and cheese. He was very happy with it. I had the burger with ham and an egg on top and they cooked the egg to perfection and the tomato jam on the burger was absolutely delicious. Our server was very friendly and we never wanted for anything during the meal.

The food was absolutely delicious! Bison Filet was on point, melted in my mouth. And the Crab cake, OMG!!! Highly recommended to eat here👍🏻

I loved my visit to Ted’s for lunch! The atmosphere is relaxed and don’t be shock when you see the bison head on the wall. Our server was so attentive throughout our visit. We got the bison short ribs with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts with bacon. The short ribs are so tender and juicy covered in the bbq gravy your taste buds will get to jumping after one bite! We also got a Cranberry Gimlet and a Mule for our drinks and they were strong thanks to Michelle she is awesome! Ultimately you need to go and visit the food is so yummy l. At the end of our meal we also received some warm and soft peanut butter cookies need i say more.
First time going. The Bison meatloaf was very good. First time every having it. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will be going back
I've been here multiple times but tonight was different. Came in tonight for a quick bite and was expecting average service but to our surprise we got a guy named Glenn. I tell you hands down this was the best I've had there and that's selling him short. If you come to Ted's..look for Glenn..real good guy.

Vincent was our waiter and he was magnificent. If Ted's ever do a commercial/ ad, Vincent needs to the voice over. His description of the the menu selection is remarkable and will create a great visual of your taste buds. Great customer service and a excellent food. A must try!
Sangría was really good, with a smooth taste of mango at the end, delicious. The chips with ranch were really good as well. The steaks were flavorful and cooked as we asked (medium), it was delightful. The kale salad was really good too and a great side to the steak and fries. Our server was so nice and knowledgeable, he even offer recommendations, we are definitely coming back to this restaurant.

We dined in tonight, Aug 3rd 2023 around 7pm. We needed a booth but got a small amount of attitude for not taking a table until they saw that my grandpa is disabled and it’s hard for him to sit in the harder chairs and to get in and out with his walker. We didn’t understand what the problem was. We ordered the house chips and dip but they didn’t ever come out. The food we did receive, our entrees, were spectacular taste wise. I ordered the brisket, my grandma got the NY strip, my son the kids steak and my grandpa the meatloaf. My grandpa, grandma and I all 3 had alcoholic beverages but after we finished them we weren’t offered another despite having them pushed to the edge of the table and sitting empty the whole meal so we switched to our ice-waters. Our waiter (I believe his name was Vinnie) was extremely kind and friendly but would often say he would get things “right away” and then take a pretty long time. I understand since they were busy but it still kind of ruined the dining experience for us. I am from Indiana and am in town visiting and have heard rave reviews from my grandma and grandpa and while they were spot on about the fantastic food, the service did leave a lot to be desired. I would come here again, but for to go. Vinnie did come hold the door open on our way out for my grandpa and that was really thoughtful. I just had higher hopes overall I guess.
I have never enjoyed a Bison Steak 🥩 before. Let me tell you it was Amazing! The grill master prepared it perfectly. The service was fantastic and very friendly. The rest of the meal was On Point. Really great Onion rings and the salad very crisp. The burgers are gigantic and the wine was a Malbec blend very delightful
All in all I hope we get to enjoy Ted’s again soon. It was well worth the drive from Gainesville
Absolutely phenomenal service from the moment that my fiancé and I walked in the door to when we left. Our server Julie was an absolute joy to have serving us and she gave great recommendations for food choices. The burgers were great and we”ll definitely be returning customers.
We go to this location often and don’t have any issues. Food is always great and service as well. I do feel the need today to mention our waitress, Sierra. She was very nice and attentive, HOWEVER, she seemed high af on something. In addition to that, she had a bloody finger the entirety of the time she was waiting on us, fully exposed and it just did not sit with me well while she’s bringing us food and drinks. Other than that, everything was great as usual.
