I just want to say that, as busy as you were today, that line moved super fast! I always order several bags of ice, and usually have to wait, but your drive thru crew was on point today. I think it was less than 10 minutes in line and cars were lined around the building when I got there. Great job today guys!
Ms. Diana and Samantha went out of their way to make our Chick-fil-A experience exceptional! We visit this location many times when we are in Jacksonville, but our most recent visit was memorable as the two ladies as well as other staff included extra TLC for our order due to unfortunate circumstances we were facing that morning and afternoon. The staff at this location went above and beyond in customer service and we were very grateful! Thank you and as Chick-Fil-A always states, "It is my pleasure," well, it is my pleasure to write this review on their behalf!
Pricey!!! Sandwiches good. Beverages nice. Grilled nuggets were TINY and not worth almost 6 dollars for 8 piece nuggets that were so small they didn't even equal the amount of chicken in one sandwich! Very disappointing!!! Three orders of nuggets were all small...very small!!! Staff was very nice.
Thank you for the great service! Samata took our order quickly and Brenna had our food out in less than a minute! Everyone brightened our day with a smile!
The food was delicious as always. The Cobb salad is a nice big entree, and I love the options for the kids' meals. It was clean and the high chairs are great. The play area is small, but the kids love it. Service was only adequate, which was a little disappointing since it's usually stellar at Chick-fil-A.
Hands down a wonderful place to eat, great service and such amazing staff!!! We dined in, and our food was brought to our tables, food is just yummy...one of the staff seen my grandson's passy fall on floor, she took it and washed it off for us... So very kind... And it put a smile on his face to be able to have his passy back!!! Cleanliness all around, dining, bathrooms, and outside... Christmas tree was up and Christian music was playing which was my most favorite part ... highly recommend!!! May your experience be as wonderful as ours ... The SmithClan...
My 2nd favorite fast food chain and chicken restaurant. The service is always quick, friendly, courteous and polite. The orders were, as always, right. Same with being hot and fresh. We used curbside pickup of our app order. I like using the app as well.
Workers are incredibly friendly however my order was incorrect. Only once and I go like 5 times a month so not that big of a deal but just make sure you check your order before leaving
Service was great but the drive through line was a little slow! They also forgot my fruit cup I ordered but I just went without because I could not wait in that line again.
This is the best place to get a chicken sandwich and / or a delicious Cobb salad. The service is quick, and the employees are super friendly. Chick-fil-A is food sent from heaven.
