Subway

This was overall a good experience, it was a little rough at first due the lack of another person to help. There was a gentleman there all by himself when quite a bit of people came in. You could tell he was under pressure, but he kept his cool. I worked in food and know how hectic it can be, sometimes I think people forget that everyone isn't perfect. Patience really goes a long way. At the end of it all, he made our sandwhiches and was really grateful for our patience.The food was delicious.

I love this subway, the employees are super nice and easy to talk to although, the window seals are a bit dirty, and sometimes it is a long wait time with people in a big line. I do like the fact that the veggies and meat don't look old and looks fresh all the time... I've been to other subways that have been a horrible experience, but this one by far is my favorite, even though it does have small bumps that could be fixed.

I googled this subway before going there to make sure they served breakfast. I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but I had a completely different experience. Firstly, I called there and the lady working was very nice on the phone. She even took the order and made it while I was on my way there, so it was waiting when I arrived. Not only was the lady incredibly polite and friendly, the store was SUPER clean. Another customer asked 'are you not open for business yet? ' and mentioned all the covers over the food. She said, 'all food is MEANT to be covered at all times.' which shows that this store also carries higher cleanliness standards than others here in Jacksonville. I was a little suspicious that the reviews on here were horrible then great then horrible. I wondered if the positive ones were paid for. I can say however that I am a customer that is sitting in the parking lot right this moment, having just got my food, and feel like this subway went above and beyond my expectations in staff and cleanliness. I wish my receipt had the employees name on it but sadly it doesn't, it only says served by: 92' so whoever you are, 92, thank you for the wonderful service!

Came in very hungry and not knowing what i wanted and both employees were very helpful! The sub and great and the cookies were excellent! Very awesome staff tonight (03/28/21 at around 8pm) Will be coming back!! The service here is excellent! Walked in not knowing what i wanted and the guy behind the counter suggested an amazing sandwich instead of getting mad at my indecision. Will come again (visit was at 7:20 pm 1/25/20)
