This is a Chick-fil-A mostly for drive through, there is a little window in the front if you want to get out of your car and a few outside tables to eat, there is no inside seating.
I went because I really wanted to try the limited edition pimento cheese chicken sandwich and the limited caramel shake. I am very happy I went, my food was prepared fast and it was good.
I have had their chicken minis in a different occasion and they were great too.
Good food friendly people. The cashier was a bit rude as I overheard her talking to team members, but I'm not gonna let her change my view. This is a very thorough Chick Filla. The line moves fast and food is always good.
Tried the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich. Really liked it, but I would love a version without the peppers.
As usual, the service was wonderful. Line kept moving.
I got lucky to get in the right line, and got my food at a decent time. There are 2 lines. One seems faster. The food was wonderful, the service was great!

In mall restaurant. Quick service is attempted but sometimes at peak times, there could be a long long line. Not much sitting area and very tight seating in their eating area. If you want to sit and unwind, you may need to go to another section of the "food court". Otherwise friendly smiles and faces from the younger staff.
Super friendly and efficient with double drive-through lanes. High quality food as expected from Chick-Fil-A, and the cashier even gave us a couple of free “pup cups” for our dogs 🐕 😁
Chick-fil-a is pretty consistent with their food but on this particular visit - the food was fantastic but I sat in the drive-thru for 38 minutes for 2 sandwich meals. A bit frustrating because you cannot get out of line if it’s taking too long, once you drive in you are committed.

CFL is always great, I wish we had one in Sneads Ferry !!
The young counter girl had no idea how to put ice cream on top of a brownie, so I had to buy it separately.
Food quality and customer service were good as always. The wait time was longer than usual.
They gave great customer service here. Never had a problem with missing items that I ordered. Very popular business, sometimes the drive thru lines are long, use the walk up window in the front of the store.
