Wow! 5 stars across the board. Just left Jersey Mike’s and the customer service is amazing. I was having a bad day and I guess they noticed it and the staff gifted me with a free sub (giant size). I actually cried bc it made this bad day good again. Thank you Jersey Mike’s and thank you to your wonderful staff. I wish you many years of success at this location and I’ll def be back again !!

The Roosevelt location always knock’s it out of the park. My absolute favorite chain cheese streak or what we call chopped cheese.

Get the #100 its 3 subs in one. Amazingly spicy with bacon. Its a hopped up philly with heavy onions( must request heavy onions) , bacon and banana pepers. VERY DELICIOUS

06/15/2023 20 minutes before closing I had the most amazing experience. Each and every staff member was warm and welcoming which is rare at any company right before closing. I ordered the turkey sandwich the bread so soft and they made that sandwich with perfection. Whoever made these jumbo chocolate chip cookies DELICIOUS better than most bakeries.

I can't say enough about this location!!!. After hearing so many great things about the subs me and my husband decided to make a trip to the Roosevelt location. And man from the time we entered the door what an awesome experience. Malachi greeted us with such professionalism while Rico prepared a sub to remember. Customer for life!!!!

Today I went in at lunch. It was kind of busy. I screwed up my order and after they made my regular sub, I decided I wanted it to be a giant sub. Everybody on the staff was super cool about it even though, I slowed down the line and bottlenecked the flow. I felt like a douche about it but the staff was super cool and really nice and made the other half of my sub. So that’s cool. Every time I go in there the service is really good.

Haven't been here in a long time but worked here in nursing school. Kind of disappointed they don't make the roast beef in house anymore because of COVID. They still slice the cheese and meat right in front of you which makes for a great sandwich. No problem accommodating the oil and vinegar on the side. Very polite staff and clean restroom.
