I stopped in for a bite to eat and was impressed on the service right away. The food was phenomenal too. It had been many years since I was last here. I shouldn’t have waited to long to return. The double cheeseburger and fries hit the spot.

Had never heard of this place until today, I’ll say the burger was great!!!! Fries needed a little more salt but overall I would highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat

Do you like burgers and fried food? A simple spot to pick up fast grub? What about wonderful and friendly service? This place has all three.
An order of mushrooms, a plain single cheese burger, a single cheese burger deluxe and a single bacon cheese burger deluxe were ordered and all were equally good and satisfying.
If you've never been to Schlenkers, make your way there now! If you have, make sure you tell them how good their service is, as they even have a sign up in their shop asking you to do so! Without a doubt, I'm coming back.
PS: they are cash only and fairly cheap! My order was only $20.03 and this fed two people, and a dog that enjoys plain burgers.

Getting a whole lot better than right before they closed.
I ordered an OLIVE BURGER, AS USUAL SAME FOR MY BF...BUT ONLY HIS HAD OLIVES.
Maybe I'm nostalgic and holding out for the place, it could have been a better burger.
Hole in the wall place known for great Burgers, Maybe a few more attention to the food 🤔 will bring them back???

A true throwback diner experience. Food is made right in front of you. VERY limited seating, so expect lines if you want to dine in. Service is fast, menu is small and simple, and the food is top notch. Can not go wrong with this Jackson staple!
