Food Was Good & Idk If It Was The Cooking Or Young Lady Naked Hands That Gave Flavor👎🏾SANITARY IS A MUST, MOST DEFINITELY WHEN CUSTOMERS CAN SEE YOU PREPARING THEIR FOOD. No GLOVES But Yes That Plate Was GOOD.

First time ever eating at a Wingstop. Food was good but customer service was mediocre. The cashier was super sweet, but we ordered 3 individual meals, only received 2. When I told her what I was missing her response was "did you check your bag good" we were eating there, I told her she could look. So after waiting she brought my chicken with no fries. I asked for my fries and she walked away, about 15 minutes go by my son goes to ask about my fries, she then tells the cook to make them. Again food was great once I was able to eat it.

The woman in charge of answering the phone at 11pm Saturday, May 28th, needs to be sent back to training. Get her off the phone! Put her back in the kitchen on dishwasher until she passes her Training Course. She should have NO customer contact. She hung up on me 5 times. The first three times, after she rattled off the 11pm spiel about ordering inside, I begged for her to let me ask ONE question. We had ordered at 9:15 with a very very nice young lady, but while getting a soda from the station next door, we got an emergency call and were forced to leave our order. We were all from Houston; we had to respond to the emergency. Two hours later, I wanted to know if we could still get it. I'm from Houston; I don't know your hours nor your policies. I kept saying, "Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. May I please ask a question, ONE QUESTION?
We had just dealt with a serious emergency after attending a wedding. Restaurants were closing. But she didn't care enough to just answer a simple question. I called back two more times because I simply could not believe this person could be so rude and so simple-minded. She hung up on me EVERY SINGLE TIME! She needs a serious demotion.

Food is actually decent when you can place your order. I haven't been able to in about 2 months. Never had this problem until recently. I guess they are busy at night and instead of asking you to hold which I would have no problem doing as I have all these years past, they hang up in your face when they pick up the phone. Without saying anything. Over n over n over n over. I use to be a regular I dont know what has happened.

The food is normally great! However, today I ordered via Door Dash and called to see if they could put the topping for the Voodoo fries to the side so they were not soggy when I got them. I called and was placed on hold, over 20 minutes. I called back and was placed on hold again for almost 35 minutes! When the girl finally answered she hung up on me. I called back and she answered asking me to hold, I politely said no I've been on hold I have one question in which she did not reply but instead put me on hold. I am very disappointed and don’t understand why staff was so rude. In 30+ minutes no one had time to answer my call? I find that hard to believe.

I just called to place an order at the North State St location and the lady who answered was so rude. I asked her for the manager’s name and she said that she was the assistant manager. Customer service is not what it use to be. We had at least 4 lunch orders to place even if we had to drive there to even place the order. However, the way she talks to customers makes me won’t to never spend my money here again.

This place is not organized. They take very long time to make food. The staff is not very friendly. There is never any parking. People park all over the place, they block the driveway. Lots of people park in front of other people's houses. They need a real management organize the place. This was the last time I'm going there.
