The drive thru attendant was one of the most polite, professional and nice attendants I have had the pleasure playing my order with at this location. Definitely an asset to your company!!

We ordered at the kiosk and the food was quickly brought to our table by a nice server. She even got our drinks. Food was the standard served in all their restaurants. Tables and floors were clean and the decor is updated. Great stop for a quick bite in a convenient location.

Worst service I have ever gotten. Rain coming in car window, no one answered for over a minute when I was asking if they were open. Due to the rain I didn't see order on screen, was completely wrong. Had to argue with their management, asked for corporate phone number. Turn out the napkin they handed me only had the address of store with wrong city on it. I did have great service from a Wendy's outside of Johnson City TN earlier in the day.

I just drove through the drive thru and was in a terrible place in life I was upset and the drive thru lady was just trying to make conversation. She immediately saw how upset I was and gave my son a happy meal to try to make us feel better and help!! I will never forget this act of kindness because it makes me remember there really are kind people on this earth!!! I wish I knew your name dear lady because you truly made a difference and made me feel better!!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Grabbed Breakfast this morning. Kind of an old grease smell while in the drive through, coffee was hot but tasted a bit burnt. Food was excellent.

They gave my order out to someone else and said they would not make my order again after I paid for it. I would not come to this McDonald’s and I believe one of the workers was smoking weed because they smell of it and asked another coworker for eye drops. Very unprofessional!!

I have had some bad experiences with fast food, but never like this.
First, I waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes after making my order.
Ordered a Medium mocha frap and a warm apple fritter. The mocha frap was not even half full and the apple fritter was completely cold.
I gave her my phone to can the code and she looked at me like I was crazy. Took my phone to the manager, when she came back, she said, "it'll be $1.10. I gave her my card and she said, " cash only."
Sketch stuff going on here. Hope to see the branch manager reevaluate the night crew asap.
The inside was trashed as well.
