We have eaten here multiple times without ever having a bad experience. Every dish Ive ordered has been amazing. If you have never been, the fish tacos come HIGHLY recommended.

Tulum has freshly prepared Mexican food. It is a lot of food for the money. If you want a different meat or if you want to add a meat to their vegetarian taco’s, they can do it. I love the tacos with Carne Asada and their Mango tea. You can eat inside or there is also outdoor seating.

Tulum is our favorite place. Great price, great food, and great portion size. Love this place. Want to tell you about the customer service I received today. Waited almost 40 mins. Placed my order at 7:51pm. At 8:29 I asked the lady if I was going to get my food. (38 mins later) she goes back to the counter to ask the lady that took my order. I guess the paper went out in the back and they didn’t get it. It was an honest mistake. They said they were sorry and made our food. Im not a person that asks for a discount or even comp my food. I know stuff happens and we come here a lot and has alway been fast and great food. When she brought my food out she apologized and gave us a $25 gift card. They didn’t have to do that and I told her I was fine. She insisted that I take it for the inconvenience. Thank you for the customer service! I love eating at tulum!

Good food. Good quality. Love that it's a drive through Mexican place that's NOT Taco Bell. I live out of town but I always stop through on the way back home right before getting on the interstate back to Nashville.
