Omg the food was amazing and so tasty. Had we know it was this Wow! Marvelously huge plates we wouldn't have ordered an appetizer. The atmosphere was inviting and our server was spot on with her suggestions. Even the horchata was amazing oh and pink. Lol. This was by far the best Mexican food I've had since moving to Tennessee

I had never been to this place before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleased with my experience. All of the food I had was good, especially the cheese dip! My server was very very nice, and the lay out of the restaurant was clean and appealing. Did not give five stars because the restaurant itself is quite small and I felt the rice and beans could have been better. Nonetheless, I see no reason not to go to this place and I would go back.

Takos borukas is the best Mexican place in west Tennessee! Its awesome! Its not a Los Portales clone with the same food and menu like all of the others. I will be back.

Food is great and the staff is super nice! The only reason we’re giving it 4 stars is because most of the staff either weren’t wearing masks or wearing them below their nose. There was no effort to correct it, and we didn’t feel safe eating inside. I think that if you’re going to put a sign on your door saying face masks are required, the staff should be reflecting that rule. If you are continuing to take precautions, I would just order to go.
