Tgi Fridays

Sooo we arrived at 10:20 on a Friday night after a long day of driving. Essential people have to eat too. We’re seated fairly quickly. Ordered drinks and app. Got drinks. Ordered entrees- Guinness burger and fries and sizzling chicken and shrimp. Both with side salads. And wait. And wait. Finally get salads. Not silverware. Get apps- still no silverware. Finally get silverware. Apps have clearly been testing for a while. We had been driving for 13 hours. We’re tired. And hungry. Food comes. Burger is like a hockey puck and fries are cold. Like cold cold. Mashed potatoes on the sizzling chicken are cold but for those directly on the griddle. Waitress finally comes by- ask for hot fries- get the same fries. Ask for a manager. She stops by and replaces meal. With a better burger but the fries were still not hot. Finish the meal- 1:20 min after we walk in. Manager says she will comp meal - acceptable as it sucked to be honest. During COViD. Half capacity and service /kitchen are also at half ability it seems. Get check. No comp. manager comes by and asks if thing were better and apologized. I mentioned check and she corrected it. Not sure why but in general TGI Fridays has been going downhill fast and this one is no exception. I have eaten here at least 5 times in the last 2 years. It keeps managing to disappoint me time and time again. It sticks too because it has potential. Cleanliness- eh. It was a Friday night during Covid but the bathrooms were trashed. As was the dining floor

Last time me my wife & our twin grandkids went here (many moons ago) the food was was really good 4-5 yrs ago, But since this pandemic been raging on a lot of places ( Restaurants in general) haven't gotten there Ducks in a row another words T.G.I.F. this time was a T.G.I M.onday if ya know what I mean ??? Food was Ahh , service was alright The server who served us was nice I guess ??? IDK maybe we just hit it on an off day who knows ? Only the Shadow knows . So go by CK'em out & you be the judge ✌️&❤️ Y'all

Placed our order. When order arrived. An item was not available but was not advised until the all meals had arrived. I was disappointed that my soup was warm, more towards the cold side. The remaining meals were also warm, not hot. Server was great she apologies for inconvenient. Fried food was very over fried and warm. It must sat awhile before being served.

Drive all way to Jackson Tennessee to take my wife to TGI Friday for her birthday trust me we was not disappointment the wages were very nice I hope that this TGI Friday stays open They closed the ones in Memphis down I don't know why but I'm telling everyone to pray for the restaurants industry and to pray for our government because our people are suffering in these industry they trying to raise the minimum wage up to $15 I hope that will help the restaurants industry to serve better food but here it didn't matter because the lady acted like she was making $35 an hour she really served us at the restaurant made sure our food was correct the cooks had the food prepared just right we did not have to send nothing back I think I'm going to go back this weekend thanks for being true to service

We ordered Christmas Day at 5pm. The place opened at 4pm. The person that took the order said 35 minutes. I figured it was more like an hour. It was Christmas. We arrived a few minutes before 6pm. Staff was arguing it was chaos! Myself and a few other patrons tried to ask about our orders, but there was no leadership and definitely in charge of togo orders. I called the restaurant and the girl told me our order would be ready in 10 minutes. So, I waited 10 minutes and called back while standing in line and told the same girl the name on our order and she said it was ready. It probably took another 10 to actually flag down an employee to ask it our order was ready. The employee walked away and never came back. I tried asking another employee about our order and again the employee walked away to never return. I asked one employee that was at the register and she was rude and just barked I don't do ToGo. She and most every employee did not want to work on Christmas. I get it. Get a job where you do not have to work on Christmas! Not my fault you picked that job. Fridays needs to not be open on Christmas if they cannot handle the volume or pay employees rate of pay to make them want to be there. My second attempt to have a good experience at Fridays was a total failure. Not that Fridays will care about my not eating there again, but I am checking them off my eat out list.
