If i could i would give them 0 stars. I just called the place and they made me wait 10 mins on the phone since i wanted to place an order. I hung up and called again and they put me on hold again but in the background i could hear them taking an order on the phone but they called after me. After the second time of calling the hung up on me!

I have lived in Jackson for many years and I have to say that I most enjoy Emilio‘s pizza! I always get their pizza with mushrooms and onions and their Buffalo and barbecue chicken pizza! They have the best breadsticks as well and their egg plant Parmesan is huge! Also every time you order a pizza you get a coupon on your box and if you get 10 box coupons you get a free pizza!

I’ve given this restaurant many chances and I’ve had more negative experiences than positive here. I always arrive on-time for pickup, within the time frame they give me over the phone, and without fail I stand around waiting for at least 10 mins, if not longer (usually the case). One time I stood around waiting 25 minutes PAST my pickup time for a salad and an order of garlic knots...I get that they’re typically busy, but it’s unacceptable that the wait times are so prolonged when I’m coming here during my lunch break, or sometimes even at 7:30 pm which is well past “dinner rush” time. Need to perform to higher standards when there’s plenty of other Italian restaurants in the area.

Always great service, in house and over the phone, especially in these times. Freshest quality ingredients as well. No complaint here what so ever. And they will cater to your own taste(if it's on the menu they'll make it happen, eg; cheese tortellini in a bolognese sauce... Highly recommend!) Trust these folks to Fred you well.

Only 5 starts so people can see this review first. Extremely rude. Wings are horrible. Ordered a large order of wings well done. Got them soggy and not to mention they tasted like I ordered them from Dominoes. Asked for a refund and was refunded for a small order instead of a large. Said something about it and got my large refund but was kicked out even after I said I had no problem ever coming back. As a first responder this is the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. Will NEVER come again.
