Steak 'n Shake

this was my first time ever going into a steak ‘n shake. i’m not a big burger person but this was delicious! the burger was juicy and fresh. the fries were unsalted and forgettable but that didn’t take away from the burger at all. all the employees were nice. i have no genuine complaints. i will be back for sure

These guys are always so helpful. We stop here every now and then when we are in Indy. Our company hauls freight out of Caito down the street at post & 33rd. So when we do stop, we are in our semi. So we bobtailed once and pulled into the lot. One of the guys came out and took our order from us, I went inside and paid, and then he brought it out to us. That was so awesome. He is such a nice young man. The food is always great, and like I said, the service is beyond amazing. Such a great group of very respectful and helpful young men.

We are traveling across the Midwest - from the Dakotas to Ohio. We stopped for a meal at one of my wife’s favorite chains - Steak and Shakes - which isn’t available where we live. So history - we have 5 kids and inevitably, there is always a mistake made with our order. We had a welcome change from our usual. Our order was PERFECT!! This was a welcomed relief - as we had already been on the road for 10 hours! Our order taker was friendly and nice, and our helper at the window was attentive and efficient. Thank you for the great service! Highly recommend this location!!
