Whenever I am in Indianapolis I make sure I stop at Flap Jacks. Reasonable price with quality. Service is speedy but never rushed. You coffee cup will never be empty.
Excellent food, big portions, great price!. Took my 2 teenage boys and my toddler daughter to breakfast this weekend and the kids loved the Chocolate Chip Pancakes. They even had leftovers. I got the Country Fried Steak Skillet with pancakes. I shared my pancakes with my toddler and still was able to finish everything. The food was so fantastic! The waitress could have come back to see about a refill for me, but other than that it was great.
Best breakfast on the Southside! Try their Bannana Nut Pancakes....Decadently Delicious! I want another cheat day from low carbing at Flap-Jacks....Now!!!
It doesn't look like much but the food is consistently good. Biscuits and gravy is a solid choice. Students: there's an un-advertised 10% discount at the register with ID.
Very enjoyable visits. As the travel agent for our group of 6 golfers, I try to find some local restaurants instead of the Franchises. The menu offered a wide variety of breakfasts. Our choices ranged from oatmeal to an omlette. We were all pleased with all our picks and the service. My only complaint was the waitress reached over the table to distribute the plates and pour coffee (actually not a complaint). We were impressed enough to stop the next morning at the Flap-Jacks in Brownsburg. We even noticed the waitress passing plates over the table. All & all Flap-Jacks rates high marks in our book and look foward to our next trip in a couple weeks. Looks like the Lebanon Flap-Jacks will see our smiling faces soon.
Best Pancakes Ever!. This place is only open from 6 am to 3 pm. It's worth finding time in your day to visit Flap Jacks. The entire breakfast menu is worth trying. Must Try: Strawberry Banana Split Pancakes, Tropical Omelet, the crepes, the apple pancakes.
LOVE IT. The food is wonderful, the portions are great and the price is very reasonable. Whether you're looking for breakfast or lunch, you won't be disappointed.
Simple, quality breakfast. I go about once every-other month. Be prepared to wait a bit. Don't get discouraged, it always moves quickly. Tasty food, quick service, decent prices, massive servings. You should go here!
Fresh for us!. We were there Sunday about noon. We had about a 20 minute wait for our party of four. The food was fresh and there was plenty of it. We liked it and would go again.

If you haven’t been to flap jacks you’re missing out! This place is 5 star from start to finish if your hungry go ahead and get you that hungry man skillet! The waitresses here are super friendly and super fast and they did an excellent job keeping my water full❤️🙌
1st time eating here. Becky was our server. She was quite pleasant! Menu items were reasonably priced & the food tasted great!!!
We were seated quickly and got our drinks and order quickly. The coffee has a nice flavor and the Mexican skillet and omelet were delicious. We were going to do a side order of half dollar pancakes but she said she can make one of our side pancake orders a half dollar. Super nice.The staff are very friendly.
Fantastic service, generous portions and delicious food. There was a large group and many other patrons when we entered the restaurant. We were seated and served quickly. The coffee was hot and the link sausage was my favorite part of breakfast. My two egg breakfast was enormous! Flap-Jacks is extremely popular for good reason. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Bacon omelette was very good. Hash browns were fresh and tasty. The flapjacks were good too.
We were in town for the Colts game, and stopped here for lunch. Our server, Lizzy, was absolutely amazing! I am vegetarian and they were happy to leave the meat out of the Mediterranean Skillet which I really appreciated! Our meal was hot and delicious even though they were super busy! Excellent experience!!

Friendly neighborhood diner. As soon as we entered we were greeted by an employee that seated us. But before seating us the lady asked if our seats were ok. Thank you. It was busy but we got in right before the late Sunday breakfast rush. Our waitress was friendly, fast and got our orders in right away. I ordered the Chicken fried steak w/pancakes breakfast with cappuccino. Fantastic! Love it when my food arrives hot. Thank you! My hubby ordered the meat omelet with cheese grits and flap jacks. He was very happy that the grits were just how he likes them, creamy. He said it was the best place he's had breakfast in a while. We will definitely be back!
I was skeptical of this place at first. But they have totally won me over! I thought it was just another run of the mill diner with ok food but the food is great and the staff is amazing and it really just feels so homey and nice to be there. The gyro and Greek omelet are some of the best I have had anywhere, 10/10 recommend for a simple and sweet diner experience.
Quite possibly the best breakfast place in the state. Fantastic food and fantastic waitresses.
The food also always comes out hot and QUICK. Like scary quick. You'll be wondering if they already had your order waiting on you. There's some crazy sorcery happening here!
