Rally's

This is one of the worst Rally's that I have ever ate at. I've been to this location a couple of times and everytime it's still just as bad. The food is never very good the burgers are always dry and everything always has way to much salt. Also this location is always very dirty the employees never wear hairnets and they never seem to be to clean themselves. The final straw tonight 8/1/18 that made me decide to never return to this location is that the drive thru was broken on one side and shut down completely on the other. I love Rally's I hate to complain but this place is in desperate need of some major help.

How is this place still "open"? I used quotation marks because twice in the last two days I've tried to go to the location and no one was in the building, but the lights were on. 1/10/19 at 1 p.m., no one. 1/11/19 at 9 p.m., no one. Not the first time it's happened either, they are "closed" more than they are open. Countless times food is cold, people are rude, order is wrong and one time had a long black hair in my burger. I love Rally's and this one is close to home...but I'll never return again. McDonald's got my business, went there and got WHAT I ORDERED...in under 2 mins. Just burn this place to the ground.

Would give no stars if app would let me! This place never gives out fresh food! Its always something that tastes like its been there for a long time. The public don't need to get sick or pay for crappily-made and put together products. This store is under new management but that part makes things worse because I ordered and the employees argued that they didnt have an order like mine on their screen, never gives a receipt unless you ask them, there is always a 30 to 45 minutes wait on food that takes only 5-7 minutes to make and serve out of the window, plus the employees are rude and unprofessional (as well as the manager,) but if I were to work around an unprofessional group of idiot workers all the time that misporforms every time they work, my kind and caring attitude would go down the drain too. Plus, the customers aren't so friendly after waiting an hour to take an order or to be served!

I'm not sure if they are even open anymore. I went by a month ago at like 1pm and got up to the menu and no one responded, after a minute a truck pulled into a parking space and a couple people went inside but never answered the speaker. 2 Weeks ago I swung in and this time someone on the speaker said they weren't open yet they just got in, again it was like noon hour. Then just last night I swung by there this time at about 6:30pm and it closed (inside lights off) and a couple posters were falling off the outside walls signs were tipped over. It was almost like they were derelict. Also noticed their menu screen had paper taped signs saying no more shakes at this location. This place if its even still open is having serious SERIOUS problems. Its a shame they had great chili dogs.

Well Rally's lovers you will be disappointed with this Rally's. Unless you like rude people that are very unhappy with their jobs. I have never been treated so bad at a fast food establishment . 40 mins to get a burger and Fry's? And on top of it it seems as if I pissed the guy off by ordering here. .....
