I dined-in. The chicken was good. The employees, not very friendly. The lady sat my food on the counter without saying a word & walked away. Luckily, I looked over & saw it. Plain biscuits with no margarine or jelly given. I had to ask for it. The restaurant was clean.
One of the best/better KFCs in the central IN area. They were quick and made no mistakes with my order. Everyone was nice. I came to the drive thru, so I can't speak to the inside of the restaurant.
Went through the drive through and the lady acted like she didn't have time for the orders.
The employees are always nice and sweet here.The food is always fresh and they always make sure I get a great deal for my stomach.Keep up the great work.Even with the competitors next door I still love you Guys
I placed a large carry out order through the KFC app that was going to be picked up within a couple of hours. Except for forgetting plates, our order was perfect, including all of the different sauces that we requested. Even after a 10-minute drive home, there was no need to microwave to reheat. Everything was still hot and fresh. Good job, East Washington KFC!
You could see everyone was tired and ready to go home, yet they still had smiles on their faces, seemed like maybe they were understaffed but they were ALL running about doing what it took to get the customers served so they could leave. These guys/gals were so on the ball. They deserve some kind of recognition, a $5/$10 gas card or gift card b/c every time I come it's the same people, and always wonderful service!
I took my Mom for the nuggets. She was happy with everything.
Felicia from Georgia, you are amazing. Best ordering experience since Covid started. It made ordering and asking questions easy with the genuine kindness and smile in your voice. Food was perfect and everything went great. Family and myself are satisfied and happy. Which has been rare from anyplace lately. So hope y’all get some praise or raises from KFC!
It's good at this location but not all are the same
For the past 10 months I been stopping at this location for lunch and the main reason is for the great customer service from Mrs. Felicia. She’s always welcoming and have a smile on her face no matter if she is full staffed or just working with a 1 cook. Most fast food places don’t even take the time to make sure your order is right. But Felicia goes above and beyond. And the food is always fresh.
