I dined-in. The chicken was good. The employees, not very friendly. The lady sat my food on the counter without saying a word & walked away. Luckily, I looked over & saw it. Plain biscuits with no margarine or jelly given. I had to ask for it. The restaurant was clean.
One of the best/better KFCs in the central IN area. They were quick and made no mistakes with my order. Everyone was nice. I came to the drive thru, so I can't speak to the inside of the restaurant.
Went through the drive through and the lady acted like she didn't have time for the orders.

I placed a large carry out order through the KFC app that was going to be picked up within a couple of hours. Except for forgetting plates, our order was perfect, including all of the different sauces that we requested. Even after a 10-minute drive home, there was no need to microwave to reheat.
You could see everyone was tired and ready to go home, yet they still had smiles on their faces, seemed like maybe they were understaffed but they were ALL running about doing what it took to get the customers served so they could leave. Never had a bad meal there, and the chicken always tastes great. However, we have also never had a complete/correct order from this location either. Sometimes they forget a whole combo, sometimes just a side. Once we ordered a 3 piece and instead received a box of biscuits.
