Food was good, ice cream too, but the man taking our order was not friendly, had to repeat order more than once, will try again

We came to this Dairy Queen after a bad experience at the W 71st location and the environment was completely different. The employee at the walk-up window was respectful and polite. We were greeted immediately upon walking up, and our orders were prepared very quickly. We were thanked and told to have a great day, and the food was great too.

A friend of mine house right down the street so I tend to visit this location pretty frequently. The staff and management are very friendly, the ice cream is obviously delicious, and even with several people in line, they tend to get customers in and out quickly. — Great work Dairy Queen staff!💯🍦👍

Great place I never have an issue with my orders. Other locations like the one on Rockville can't do this or won t do that. They always have a stupid wait time also. This location I'm always in and out. I able to spend my money on what I want. The servers are always polite.

As a previous employee I can confirm that all the customers here are braindead. So close to having a mental disability. Everyone likes to drive into the drive though backwards when there is indeed a car counter. You wouldn't believe how incredibly dumb people are around here. Its disgusting, go back to school and stop trashing on DQ cause your mad you didnt get your free birthday blizzard.

This location the food is always good the pretzels are not to salty chilli dog is fresh and the ice cream is delicious. The customer service was great. Thank you

I've been to this particular DQ around 6 or 7 times this year and each time I've ordered the chilli dog lunch special and it was fabulous! I dont know HOW they do it each and EVERY time but Im so luving this meal! Always hot, fresh and the coney sauce is yuuumy! Hands down the "BEST" chilli dog in INDY!!!

Service was quick the day I was there. DQ needs to stay with the ice cream treats and get out of the fried food business. Food is marginal.
