Great service, good food, great prices, went in for some food and the cashier/cook gave me a freebie which was very nice. I recommend this Fazolis completely.
Haven't been there in a while so was nice to try one of the baked pastas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to Santa Claus there to visit a Girl Scout party. Fazolis is definitely on the Nice list :)
Best fast Italian food ever. The baked chicken alfredo tasted so amazing. I always get a triple chocolate cheesecake because it has such a rich taste. Their pizza tastes great as a side. You can't go wrong with anything. The staff here is very friendly .
My bf and I ate lunch at store #1621 on 11/06/23 We had an amazing overall experience. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious! We were helped/served by Monica, who was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We will most definitely be back to location soon and will be asking for Monica :)
Tamara was amazing and kept up with everyone in the restaurant's lobby. Excellent attitude and customer service skills.
Missy did a great job, she has excellent customer service. My sister is pregnant and due any day now and missy was ready with hot water and towels and to put her staff to work lol jk! Thank you for your kindness and being down to earth joking with us 😊

The manager on duty, I think her name was Missy, was sooooo kind. I didn't know what I wanted as I haven't visited fazolis in a few years. I was shocked at all the new menu options. She suggested some great items and I enjoyed them all! Plus you can never be disappointed with the delicious endless breadsticks! Thanks for making my experience a good one. I'll bring a regular now just so I can see Missy!

My first visit to this place. Pleasantly surprised with the service. Good affordable food. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean place. Order consisted of Alfredo pasta, strawberry drink, and a sandwich
