We come every couple of months and are always treated as important. Sometimes there is more staff than other times, but the staff that is here always works hard to do whatever they can to make the experience great. We came in recently very close to my son's birthday, and they were incredibly good at making him feel special. We love coming here for the good food and wonderful service!
The Fazoli's on Emerson is a small "fast food" location, though I've never used it for take-away or drive-through. Instead, it has always been a moderately priced dine-in experience for me and my family. The service here is usually rather good. They are friendly and tend to be good about checking on the dine-in customers. With app-based coupons, the costs are acceptable. (I often use the $5 off $20 and pair family members together to run it twice.). The meal feeds and fills a heavy eating family of four when you allow for the unlimited bread sticks.
Everybody is quite friendly. Food is served quickly and someone always comes to check on us. Beech Grove should and needs to be proud of this establishment. Very hard working and friendly people. My family and I will continue to eat at this Fazolis.
The dining experience here was very pleasant. We were greeted with smiles. I like how the menu is detailed and they sometimes have new specials, everything that we ate was delicious, the chicken carbonara is always delicious. They still come to your tables with free breadsticks.
Every time we leave this Fazoli's location, we leave happy. The manager is always very friendly, the food is always correct and yummy, and the atmosphere and cleanliness is wonderful. Most restaurants in the area leave my family disappointed, but Fazoli's on Emerson is always great. We will definitely return!
I love the family meal deal for $25.00! It is so full-filling and a great deal! Best believe this is my kids and my favorite place to eat in an take out.
Fazoli's has been around for years, you always have to skip the other restaurants, and get you some pasta. Today's lunch was really good, didn't wait long at all. The staff was courteous and the service was super.
Employees were very kind, but seemed less knowledgeable on the menu items when I asked questions. Food was fine overall, just a TON of sauce on all of our pastas. Not necessarily a bad thing depending on your preference, I suppose.
Lunch special is great deal. Service good. Friendly.
Only complaint is inconsistent quality of bread Stix. Sometimes not done enough other times over done
This was my first time going and now I have been twice....never knew that there was a fast food Italian restaurant that served. That was really good food and nice having something different in the fast food side I will continue eating here now 5ha5 7 know about them
The food and service were both great! Everything was freshly cooked, and the breadsticks were amazing! The service was also very good. I will definately be going back in the near future.
