The Melting Pot

Unique, romantic, and delish! Every bite is amazing! Our server was very attentive and great! We know exactly what we want when we come here. The timing on the start to transition in meals was perfectly timed. She received 2 more tables with newbies and started getting busy but remained on schedule. I say newbies because people have to understand that if you are new and come here, the server has to take a good 5-10 minutes just to explain the menu and safety on the food. That can sometimes delay the timing on arrival to table which we take into consideration. We come here on bdays, date nights, Valentines, and anniversaries and my hubby and I love it! We come here expecting a 2 hr dining experience which is very romantic. We have been together for 15 yrs and we feel like we are back in the days dating again when we first met everytime we come here . He opens my door and makes me feel special when we come here. Now my hubby is adding it to his bday list which is awesome for me! I see other reviews on people not happy waiting but when you come here, it is not your normal dine and go, it needs to be expected to set some "extra time" aside. We always order a bottle of wine along with the the 4 course meal and select the Borgon...style. My husband selected the 4 hands Cab and it was a great choice! We can sit back and enjoy our glasses until our app arrives. We both love the spin & art but this time we tried green goddess cheese and wow so delish also! We both love the California salad with candied nuts (We tried the others and this is the best). My husband orders land and sea (filet, shrimp, chix) while I always order 3stks. We can then share which I love. Towards the end the amazing chocolate that we can never finish because we are so full and satisfied! We are willing to pay more to dine here because the experience. I am a part of fondue club and get the emails for the free choc strawberries for my bday and they are ginormous and amazing! I was able to take them home at end of meal. I can't say enough about how happy we are when we come here!! TY!

Anthony was AMAZING ! This was our first time here and we have zero idea what we were doing, he explained ALL of our options and everything we could do or combine things with! Every piece of this 4 course meal was AMAZING! The different flavors and styles of thing was great!! Over all our experience was fantastic! The waiter was so understanding and quick to be of assistance! 10/10 highly recommended!!!

The server was outstanding. Made us very comfortable. I ordered roses for the table prior to arriving, and there was one missing, but the manager personally brought it over halfway through dinner without us mentioning it, making the number correct. We were celebrating a birthday, and there was a personalized card on the table, which was sweet. There was a hair in our dessert that clearly wasn't ours, but our server quickly set this right. We were also charged for an alcoholic drink that we didn't order that was $14, so I'm lucky I checked the bil prior to paying. When bringing it up to the server, we were told there was a drunk employee the establishment was dealing with, and they would remove the charge, which they did. That felt a little unnecessary. Overall, it was probably my least favorite Melting Pot experience, but I'll still be back seeing that this is my favorite restaurant. Update: emailed regional manager as suggested about one week ago and never received response. Yes, I checked my spam folder.

My soon to be daughter in law surprised my son with a date, including close friends & myself. We had a secluded room for our party that included roses & rose petals across the table. The food & service were amazing! Plan on being there a while. The experience is well worth it!

I made reservations for anniversary dinner for my family. Service was great. Food was delicious.

We had a great time! They set our table up with flowers and candle lit, super romantic and a fun experience! We will definitely be back, our server was amazing, although I cannot remember her name 😞
