Staff was good and friendly, even with clearly having lots of new hires and staffing shortages. Leaving 5 stars because they're doing the best they can with the current circumstances. Food was good, typical for Wendy's. They did make a mistake with our order but quickly apologized and fixed it!

I love Wendy's, but the employees at this store are really rude and tactless. I've worked fast food and I understand having attitude issues, but having it happen more than one time in a row is annoying and I refuse to come here. Literally any other Wendy's in the area is better than this one and is worth the extra miles for good customer service.

The new kiosk system is confusing. I accidentally ordered a lettuce bun sandwich and had to ask for it to be remade. I got a "this is how you ordered it" "lecture". All I cared about was being handed a bun. They remade the sandwich anyway and I ended up throwing out the other one. I love Wendy's but all of the ones I have been to lately are dirty, the soda machines are not stocked with all the choices you are suppose to get and now the goofy kiosk system. I will come back if this gets better. I don't have much hope though.

We have enjoyed this location until recently. They just want people to use the drive through. Inside, you have to have sent in a mobile order, or use the kiosk inside. Problem they said only one kiosk was working, and even that one was having troubles. No one behind the counter was willing to help us and we couldn't get our order entered on the kiosk, so we took our business elsewhere

We waited in line at the drive thru. Once we got to the drive-thru window the person was extremely rude and you could tell by their facial expressions. It almost seemed like she didn't want to be there. She seemed very unhappy that we were there. We said thank you and we never got anything in return.. there was probably only 2-3 workers working on the weekend of memorial Day and about 6:00 p.m. on a freaking Sunday there's about 15+ cars . It would make it a lot easier if the lobby was open and had more help. They need more help. Honestly if you hate your job don't take it out on customers. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's ever again

Love Wendy's but this line is sloooooooowwwwwwwwwwww. Waited for 30 mins. Unacceptable. Franchise owner should hire more help to move it along. Employees were very nice but just not enough of them.

Wendy’s waits until my whole shift orders and pays to tell our food runner that they didn’t even bother preparing the orders or anything because they’re under staffed. Being under staffed is completely understandable what isn’t Is telling out food runner to have everybody come in tomorrow “to see about getting a refund”

The new kiosks are a joke! Sometimes technology can be too much. I just wanted to order my food and go, not learn how to use their interactive system. After I ordered I got to watch an older couple try to figure out how to order for more then 5 minutes. It was like trying to explain to your parents how texts work.
