Cross Country Diner

Absolutely amazing, unique diner experience. Cross Country Diner has it all. A large, eclectic collection of regional diner food from across the US to choose from. Amazing portions with surprisingly low prices. A unique indoor seating section in an old-fashioned diner styled trailer. Most importantly however, all of the food was well-made and absolutely delicious.

Out of town guests and we googled restaurants around us in Hurricane Utah. Drove down the street from our campground to this unique place. I have to admit I was a little skeptical since it’s more of a food cart than a restaurant. I’m glad my wife said let’s do it. I had burger that ranks up there as one of the best I’ve ever had. Huge burger with so much flavor I couldn’t put it down. Not to mention I subbed poutine fries for regular and they were amazing as well. Don’t let the 60’s era General Motors trailer deceive you, the food here is amazing and a must have if you are in the area.

We decided to try this place. Pictures of the menu looked so good! My wife had the Philly cheese steak and I had the Cuban sandwich. Both with fries. They were AWESOME! CUBAN sandwich pulled pork was tender and juicy full of flavor and NOT saturated with sauce. You could taste the pork! Really good bread toasted properly! Excellent! My wife's cheese steak was super tender, loaded with peppers and onions with a great balance of cheese again on a great toasted bun! First time here but we will return! An eclectic menu so there's something for everyone!!

The presentation and cleanliness is always 100% The customer service is always 100% friendly and welcoming. And the food is always 100% delicious! After trying several of the menu items here I am always impressed! If you're passing through our little town of Hurricane, UT on your way to or from Zion this place is a MUST TRY! Good job Cross Country Diner! Keep it up!

Cross Country Diner deserves every bit of it's nearly 5 star rating. I got a Wally-WAM burger and a cherry pie. For an area known for its pies, this one could stand up against any in the region. You could taste the butter in the crust and the filing wasn't soupy like many others. On the topic of fries, I have no idea why they feel the need to give fry sauce. There is a great seasoning on them that I just couldn't let anything else overtake the flavor of. And last but not least, the Wally-WAM was top notch. The flavors played really well together, especially for how much it has going on.
