I waited 20 minutes to get my food, my hash browns were soggy and soaked in oil rather than crispy, my English muffin was burnt. This is the bag my food came in. Bad!! Not even a full star

Okay, so my husband and I have been trying not to go here for the past three years due to how bad the food and service has become, but we thought we would give it one more shot.
We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food when we ordered, which was fine. There were four other cars that had pulled forward to wait as well. Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes to get our food. When our food was brought out, the woman who brought it out was also carrying the people's orders in front of us, and she had tucked their bags up under her armpits, which seems super unsanitary.
After the long wait, our fries and chicken nuggets were cold and soggy. I would not recommend people go here. Wendys is so much faster and the food quality a hundred times better.

This place had the friendliest staff!! We did the drive thru and we drove away smiling with how pleasant and happy the staff was. The food was also speedy and just what we ordered. I wish every McDonald’s had such a happy crew!!

First of all the kid that took my card was rude he shoved my card back at me I said thank you he wouldn’t even speak to me. When I went to get my order at last window guy handed me my drink I said thank you no response was very very rude. Idk if this has to do with my race that both of them treated me poorly. He gave my order I said thank you again and no response at all. This McDonald’s needs a change of management and attitude. Change of employees or something. I was treated poorly compared to the other people grabbing their orders

The nuggets and fries were great on this visit. I recommend always double checking your food for freshness, quantity, and packaging. Don't worry about time, it's better to fix it at the window than waste your time on their mistakes.

The food is good, but the service in the lobby was not great. There was so much emphasis on the drive through orders that we were ignored at first, and then the manager had to yell at 3 different employees to come take our order. Then we had to wait for 20 minutes for our food because, again, all focus was on the drive-through orders.

It takes about 20 minutes to order. Very seldom have someone working the counter.
It takes 20 minutes or more to get your order. If you don't have an hour to waste, then just keep driving. Soon people will get tired of waiting and stop coming and then hopefully they shut down.
What really makes you made is the workers are laughing and joking around instead of doing their jobs.

Staff is always late to work. Never get the order right. Have to wate 10 to 15 minutes every morning for an egg mcmuffin. I go there for breakfast cause the stories of how bad they are are fun to talk about at work. But what do you expect from anything in Hurricane. The worst McDonald's ive ever been to.
