Prospectors Place

This quiet little eatery had a nice rustic feel. There's little indication that this is an Italian restaurant, but it's SO GOOD. The high quality of the scrumptious fried mozzarella shows that the food is prepared in-house rather than simply reheated like other places. My husband really enjoyed the pizza, which was very cheesy and tasty. The salad bar was basic but did its job. We HIGHLY recommend visiting!

This place has the most amazing comfort food! I was so excited that the pastas come with a free trip to the salad bar, and the prices are good because you get so much food. The customer service was lovely! The salad was delicious and fresh, and they had some soups available to take as well. I tried the beef onion mushroom soup which was really great. Our meal also came with a really good loaf of what tasted like homemade, fresh bread. I got the cheese ravioli, which was absolutely yummy and has an amazing creamy marinara sauce. This is a fantastic stop for anyone looking for a homemade, hot, and delicious meal! Would highly recommend.

Good food, friendly staff, and enjoyable atmosphere. The portion sizes (aside from the pizzas) are pretty small especially for the price. I did not like having to order at the door. The only menu is on a screen at the front. I would have preferred to sit and view a menu before coming up to order. When you pay the computer automatically asks for a tip, which I believe is something that should be given to reflect the service provided, not an assumed inclusion at the beginning of a dining experience. overall, it’s a good place.

It's a good thing they were having a special on pizza otherwise we would have walked out. Way over priced. Pizza was really good. Service was excellent. The salad bar would have been great if they would put their food on ice. The ingredients weren't cold like most salad bars. My wife had an upset stomach after eating here and she only had salad. This place has a lot of potential to be a really good restaurant. Lower your prices a little bit and make sure your salad bar is on ice.

Not coming back. Pizza is edible, nothing special. Younger staff were friendly there was an older gal that talks down to customers -- not good. If you want all you can eat pizza and salad bar regardless of the food not being all that good you may like this place. It takes more that dough and sauce to make a good pizza -- this place is lacking. Our advice is to go to their sister restaurant next door and get some bbq instead. Replying to response from Prospectors Place. Perhaps they mean phenomenal compared to a frozen pizza, not sure they did not supply any context to support this claim. Note how they also mentioned using freshest instead of quality ingredients. It seems that the customer service acumen challenges I mentioned previously with that older gal is also evident in the response. I get they want their business to be a success. Who wouldn't? You do this by wooing customers with an exceptional product and service instead of talking down or attempting to discredit their honest feedback.

We tried the pizza, and we thought it was really good. The Margareta had balsamic vinegar on it, amazing. The crust wasn't as crispy as we like, but that wasn't an issue. We threw it on our pizza stone, and it took it over the top. The supreme pizza was really good too, the toppings tasted great and had lots of flavor. We will be back!
