This is an adorable little shop! Every little girls dream in decor! Their desserts are all amazingly decorated and everything I've ate has tasted as good as it looked! The prices can be a little high, but I feel that you get what you paid for. They are known for the over the top milkshakes, but the other desserts shouldn't be forgotten! It's a great place for a little celebratory treat or just because!

My wife and I tried the over the top milkshakes here for the first time today and I have to say they were amazing. When you see the milkshake come out for the first time it is a seriously impressive sight. We spent 10 minutes just taking pictures with them. We tried the Oreo and the chocoholic and both were amazing. You definitely get a lot of food so come hungry. We will definitely be coming back.

Oh my gosh. I had seen pictures of the ice cream and milkshakes here but I had to see it for myself! The shop itself is pretty cute with plenty of space to have a gathering/ party. The staff members were friendly and the desserts were good. I had the "over the top" Oreo milkshake. It was very good ans very pretty ... just make sure you go in hungry for sweets! This milkshake was supposed to also include a chocolate donut but I wasn't in the mood for one (I'm sure it would have been good too). I would recommend this place ans I hope to go back and try something else! My only complaint is that I got a cupcake to go and it was put in a small to-go box instead of a box made specifically for cupcakes (that I have seen at other shops). When I was carrying it, the cupcake toppled over and smushed! Despite this it still tasted really good :)

Milkshakes look good for a picture and that’s about it. Completely white theme but not kept clean. So humid inside windows were completely fogged up to the point you can’t see in or out. Milkshakes are $11 and everything is cheap store bought items. Menu has lots of options but absolutely no description or pictures, so it’s a guess as to what you’re ordering. Staff was awkward and did not help at all when asked what the items on the menu were. After we got our milkshake it had a strong smell of chemicals. The tiny cupcakes on top tastes like bleach. They have managed to make the worlds first room temperature milkshake while still maintaining a texture so thick you could only eat it with a spoon. The milkshake itself also had an awful chemical taste. Almost as if they washed everything they use to make it in a chemical wash and didn’t rinse it. Sad to see another failing local business.

After seeing friends post photos of their shakes from My Bella, I wanted to give it a try. My husband and I shared an over the top shake and while it was an impressive sight and tasted pretty good, I've had better (and for far less than $11). If everything else was on point I'd give it a higher rating, but it took about 45 minutes to get our shake and for having to wait that long the environment was lacking (dirty, ripped disposable table cloths, uncomfortable folding chairs and unstable folding tables - and that's if you can get a seat). My curiosity is satisfied and I have no need to go back. If you're wanting to go to say you've gone, then I suppose it is worth it. Otherwise, I'd save your time and money.

Pros: Desserts that we actually received were good Manager was nice and willing to accommodate us after problems with our order Cons: Ordered a sandwich and after waiting 20 minutes, were told they were out of meat for the sandwich. Ordered vanilla cupcake (which they had in the case when we ordered but then sold the last of them to a customer behind us in line as they were ordering to go and we were waiting for our order there) Outside of the manager being SUPER nice and willing to refund money and offer free goods to make up for the issues....it was a very disappointing experience. Appears to be a lack of communication between employees/management...and the lag time in service is ridiculous....if you are in a hurry or expect to be served in a timely manner...think again. ***Updating review to include that, as if this visit wasn't headache enough, I find out now that they double charged my bank account...so now I'm dealing with having to dispute that charge and get the second charge removed from my account***
