Tudor's Biscuit World

Well, once again you made a WV trip complete! Thank you to the wonderful staff who always shared their joy and smiles, and the food was again top notch. I've added a photo from my last morning in. "God is in the hills" I always remember hearing growing up! If you don't already know how good the food here is, then stop reading and start driving. Their fresh biscuits, loaded up any way you would like, are a perfect start to my day. Lunch options as well, and always more food than I expect. Thank you for the great service!

Always get your receipt at this location. I understand places are short staffed, hectic, and crazy right now, but at least properly train the employees you do have. Specifically the ones handling the POS (point of sale) I was overcharged yesterday morning on 4/3/22. Called and an employee did confirm I was overcharged, he was apologetic, but there is a big difference in an error with an order (ex. forgetting cheese on a BE&C) and an error with someone’s money. Luckily in this case I was only overcharged a couple bucks by the cashier erroneously ringing up the order. Which was only a large bologna biscuit breakfast combo. Nothing extravagant. My next and final point is my most crucial one, and what led me to posting this review. Not everyone has the money to be overcharged- no matter if it’s by penny or a hundred dollars.

I used to give this Tudors a 5 star rating. But with Jarrod the new employee this place has gone completely down hill. I just spoke to the area supervisor about him. I really don't appreciate being yelled at and talked to so rudely he could have politely asked me to move my car. I wasn't blocking any part of the parking lot. They ask you to loop around the parking lot. Another customer said he won't be back after being yelled at like we just were. I'm contacting corporate.
