Ordered grande hot coffee and was warm, had to go back through drive through again , waited good 7 minutes to get a replacement, she was very understanding.
Love it. They did my coffee drink great, just be very specific and review what they wrote and taste test before you leave the store. Plus everyone is nice if they messed up ur order.
When I go to Starbucks, I love this Huntington Beach location. The workers are very kind and always service you with a smile, even early in the morning! I like to get their matcha tea latte, hot with two extra scoops of matcha than the norm. It makes it a lot more matcha tasting. It’s delicious! I always get plant-based milk with my drinks, either oat and soy which go great with the matcha. I highly recommend this HB Starbucks ☺️😎
I actually go out of my way to grab my coffee fix from this location. I’ve been to several different locations in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley and by far this is the best service and the quality of the drinks are above and beyond the other locations. My drinks are filled to the size I order. Staff is very friendly. My drinks are exactly what I ordered. Thank you for taking time to make sure we as customers get what we pay for.
They’re so cool here. Especially the tall skinny dude thanks guys . Chocolate cold brew was so bomb I didn’t even mind the crazy homeless guy shouting outside that he was from Chiraq
Great customer service, always very friendly. They are always quite busy and somehow still manage to be quick about getting drinks out promptly. All the workers deserve a raise
Wonderful! We went through the drive thru and the barista at the window was very nice and fast! She was also very patient when my mom couldn’t find the card she wanted to use. Highly recommend! And our drinks were made perfectly and are delicious!
They always make my drink correctly. Every. Single. Time. They are never out of stock in anything. The restrooms are clean. The inside is small, but warm and inviting. There’s a small selection of books and games that you can use while you are there. It’s my favorite Starbucks in all of Huntington Beach.
Starbucks has added lots of healthy drinks in addition to new pastries and coffee blends. Starbucks is always great, just plan your visits out of peak time. For instance, at Seacliff center, it’s best not to go at lunchtime when the kids are on their lunch break. Whatever time it is.. enjoy your Starbucks free Wi-Fi and food

It is a Starbucks; I'm not sure what good any review will do. They're friendly and normal. This one, this time, tho, should really consider cleaning up the restroom and refilling the soap and paper for hands-drying.
