I do not eat fast food, but I stopped to grab a quick Diet Coke. Both employees (first and second windows) were so friendly, had genuine smiles on their faces, and had me leave with such a warm feeling that I needed to come here and give them some credit!

Nice and fresh all the time. Ty for making my order always right and w a smile. Means alot to a customer that comes here alot . 5 stars for a Mc Donald's and always clean the restrooms 🚻

Marlborough location...Sat afternoon, pulled up in line at drive thru, watched several people in front of line pull out & leave. Our turn...waited 5 mins and several " is anyone out there?"...no response so like everyone else...drove across street to BK for quick service...BITE ME McDonalds!!!!

For what ever reason, its a hit or miss if the customer service is Rude AF or at least semi pleasant. Sadly, its usually the younger employees who give the kinder customer service. It seems EVERY time ROSE is working, you can hear it in her voice and tone she doesnt want to be there, I get it... But in this day and age, there are A TON of other job options. Instead of being a rude, miserable person when Im being polite not asking for anything special or ordering a lot, the least you could do is not rush me, and then tell me to hold on, and snap at me "anything else." with a dramatic rude tone. And when a customer says thank you, you could at least say welcome, or no problem... Food is almost always correct. But got damn that Rose woman is just a downer hard core!

Slow service for walkup, ordering only available by self serve kiosk. Food was typical, greasy and luke warm. The Mc Flury was good though. Maybe I'm just too old for McDonalds...

best mcdonald’s in the area!!! they never mess my stuff up and it’s always fresh and quick! the nighttime managers are great 😫 10/10

Total incompetence. No food ready at Noon at drivethru. Had customers park cars and employee went down the line asking each car if the food he had was for them. Manager claimed they knew exactly what each car ordered but when pressed had no clue.

Only a few of the servers are good. Poor customer service. The only good thing about it, is the low cost of the Iced 🧊 tea.
