Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am not sure why this Chipotle is rated 4 out of 5. I promise I don’t typically complain, i rarely EVER write reviews however I feel this is necessary as this is probably the 5th time in the last 6 months my has been messed up. I ordered a salad, they don’t include the lettuce… or the dressing. So I ate meat and toppings. We also ordered a bowl tonight, again no lettuce. On top of missing ingredients, the portion sizes are no joke 1/3 of what they should be. The chips are always stale and have at most 10 chips in the bags. I know it’s my fault for continuing to order here but this is the closest Chipotle and I just cross my fingers each time they get it right. But every time I’m disappointed. Thankful it has staff but come on…. Every. Time.

The team did a great job but we're running 35 minutes behind. The low rating is that they still have no indoor seating or ordering. So 30 people are all standing around within 6 get of each other waiting for thier food. The pandemic is over let's get back to work clearly closing things like ca and my didn't help. Fl spring break was a success and no more cases because of it. Quit using this lame excuse for out of stock good and bad service.

12/14/2021 -Only two associated were working, one on grill and one assembling the food -Food took 45 minutes from order to food ready -Four people abandoned their order during this time due to poor service -This is not the fault of the two associates who showed up. This is the fault of Chipotle putting profits before humanity. Pay your people more. Do a better job of hiring. Don't open a store if you only have TWO people who can work!
