Big Guy's Bbq Roadhouse

The brisket was smokey and perfectly cooked, the potato salad was excellent, the Mac and cheese could not have been better, and the cheesecake was good enough we are talking about driving the 30 minutes back tomorrow for one more slice. But the best part of the meal was our very helpful and friendly server, Stacey. It's nice to know this bbq is in our world. We shall return!

Pretty good food. Server was awesome, helpful, and funny. I wish I would have caught her name, but I hope she had a nice time watching her son's football game last night! Good variety, tons of seating-- from the outside, I had no idea how big the place was. The parking lot was pretty full, but inside like 2/3 of the tables were empty.

Decent enough for a BBQ joint. The lunch hours are odd as they don't start till 12. The brisket was good, was not dry and was not too moist. The sides were lacking in almost all areas. The macaroni tasted like it came from a chain restaurant unfortunately. The ambiance was good and definitely range of the good joints down south. Staff were polite and seemed to be helpful for customers coming in. The restaurant had LOTS of space for big parties. The biggest drawback was service at the table. Waited 40+ minutes for Brisket and some burnt ends. Things that should have been pretty much near instant at a good joint. This may have been a waitress issue as I did see a lot of other tables get their food quickly. Hopefully it will be better next time!
