Good food plenty of it. My wife and I shared Fried Green Tomatoes that were tasty. I had half pound pulled pork collard green and homemade pork and beans excellent. My wife had pulled pork quesadillas with potato salad and she was very satisfied. Would definitely go back. You want some good tasting barbecue this is the place to get it.

Had this not been a spur of the moment, first time visit, reading the manager “clapping back” at every negative review would’ve been a red-flag to not go here. The food left a lot to be desired, but was not terrible. The mashed potatoes were especially good. However, the banana pudding needs to be addressed. This is a warning for anyone who sees banana pudding on a BBQ menu and expects the southern dessert dish with pudding/wafers/BANANAS/cool whip, THIS IS NOT IT. For $4+ I received a cup of instant Jello-O banana flavored pudding, with a couple of mini Nilla wafers on the side. I am actually appalled that anyone would serve this without it being a twisted joke. I would have never even left a review, but now I feel it’s my moral obligation to warn future patrons before they are subjected to this disappointment.

Ordered a platter of brisket with baked beans and mash potatoes. Brisket had virtually no flavor and was mostly fat, their "mammas" baked beans tasted like they came straight from a can with some unnecessary stuff thrown in and little to no effort was put into the mashed potatoes. Hush puppies were also all frozen in the middle and likely came from a frozen bag. Would no recommend at all, Ron's Bbq was significantly better when open.

As a chef of 25 years. This place was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and the food was definitely up to par. The greens were on point and the baked beans are really good. I had the pulled pork it was tender not dry and nice little bites of bark. A very wide selection of sauces. Will definitely be back looking forward to trying some other things on the menu.

Great atmosphere for sure but definitely more of a place for drinks by the water while you watch the sunset. Had the clam chowder and shrimp bowl (which is their version of a boil). Clam chowder was good and even came with oyster crackers so bonus there. The shrimp bowl was mildly warm, potato’s had dead spots and stems still that I had to pick out, shrimp were warm at best, corn was definitely over cooked and mushy, and the “seasoning” was just a sprinkle of probably old bay over the top. And the sausage that came with it… tasted rotten. Not sure what it normally tastes like but it almost ruined my meal. I ate the soup, plucked the bad spots off the potatoes, then packed those up with the shrimp to take them home and cook them up later with some flavor. Then drove to another restaurant for dinner. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was very disappointing given the atmosphere and set up. I just took the good parts and left.

Good eats and large portion sizes. A platter could easily be shared by two. Great variety of sauces to try if you eat in. We enjoyed "Smokey Mountain, Carolina Honey, and Mississippi??". Tried the Mango Habanero, but you gotta be careful with this one as the heat builds over time. Meat was tender and the ribs were meaty.

Really good food for the price. The 1st lady employee was very friendly, knew right off we was new customers. 2nd lady employee started out nice until I asked for to-go boxes and cups for the sides then she slowly became rude and started giving attitude. Party of 3 with half a plateful of food, 1 side, and bread, why getting to-go boxes/cups an issue? Order your food to-go so everything will already be boxed up.
