I came in after seeing a veggie burger advertised on Facebook. Being a vegetarian of less than a year, I admit I missed the infamous American staple, the hamburger. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot of decent veggie burgers out there, but none like this. I couldn’t believe how similar the texture and taste was to real beef. I’m definitely coming back to sample the many other vegetarian-friendly options!!
Your wait status is texted to you which is really cool - it's the only place I don't mind waiting. The flatbread is one of a kind, the bison burger is amazing, and I highly recommend the grilled cheese. The staff is friendly and quick.
Rail Trail is a don't miss spot. There's a huge variety on the menu, and it's all good. There hasn't been anything that I've tried that wasn't excellent. The drinks are top knotch as well. Having great food AND drinks in one restaurant makes it impressive, because not everyone can do that. The quality of the food is outstanding and the prices are vet reasonable. I highly recommend!
The Mexican street corn flatbread is a must try! The flavors in that flatbread were incredible. For those who are a big fan of lamb then I would recommend the lamb jam...but again only if you really like lamb. The drinks were also tasty and well presented.
I can’t wait to go back here! They have plenty of tasty sounding options for flatbreads and the best part is they’ll let you do 1/2 and 1/2. We got the street corn and the fig and they were delicious. Really cozy ambience inside and they have a great selection of craft beers.
One of the first things you notice walking by is someone stretching out the flatbread dough in the window. I love the space. Open kitchen from front to back. Next space over is a dimly lit bar area and the third space is a bright dinning room. The booths are U-shaped which encourages sharing and sharing is a must. The staff was great. Waitress kept bringing refills and checking on us as it got busy. Since there was three of us, we went all out. Round 1 - toasted ravilois (limited time. Ravs were great, sauce not so much), boneless chicken wings with bbq brown ale (chicken was good, sauce was okay), hot tots (large tots, great buffalo sauce, so good) and rib corn (messy, tasty goodness. Unique way to serve corn on the cob with sliced like ribs). Flatbread time! Order half and half because pretty much devoured the apps. Flatbreads were hawaiian, korean cauliflour (great tasty. Srirachi aioli stood out) birria (short rib just fell apart in my mouth and cilantro blended in well), and my favorite - fig & walnut (the honey fig balsamic reduction was amazing. Highly recommended). Overall, a great experience. Would take a trip out again to order up more flatbreads and cannot forget the tots!
My son and I were visiting from California (took a break from the American Heritage Museum for lunch) and I could not believe the size of the Caesar Salad that I received from the server. It was delicious, but it was so big that I had to take it with me. My son also had a sandwich that was great and a wonderful craft beer. I don't know if we ever will return to MA (I am 79 years old), but for anybody who does visit this area, I highly recommend this place for a wonderful meal!
their brunch is delicious! the service here was amazing, the host and our waitress were super nice and helpful. can’t wait to come back!
Excellent food, staff, and service. Love this place and love how thriving and adorable Hudson has become. I had the Honey Beet salad. It was delicious - I cleaned my bowl. A friend had the risotto and said it’s the best she’s ever had.
