I recently visited McDonald's, and I must say, it was a satisfying experience overall. The food was hot and freshly prepared. However, they could improve more in the service staff to be a little more attentive. But if you're looking for a quick and tasty meal, McDonald's still delivers on that front.
The gentleman taking my large order today and the lady at the window were both so incredibly courteous, warm, and hospitable!! Unexpected for a McDonald’s- what a treat!
The play area is really nice work plenty of seating for parents. For was good and quick. There's a big entry area that could be better utilized with more toys or seating. The one major downside to the location is the fixed seating. You can't move the chairs or table making it very difficult for little kids to eat.
Maybe the bad reviews are coming from lunch/dinner cause if you go during breakfast, the ladies that work there are SO POLITE and amazing! They really made my day!
Their not very helpful for people with disability/deaf/over 60. I mentioned that i wasn't able to hear, but it didn't mean much. I could halfway understand if it were crowded, but I was the only person in line. :(
This is a good McDonald's to go to in Southwest Houston. Fresh food, good service, and fast.
Convenient location and I love the guy in the gas station attached to the McDonald's. He's the best so make sure y'all stop by and say hey

The ladies working this evening were simply wonderful. I came in and the young lady that took my order was very courteous and polite. I turned around for one second and before I knew it, another young lady brought me my drink. Not even a moment later, another young lady was asking if I needed ketchup because my order was ready. She handed me my order, said thank you, and have a good day. The service was great and the total visit was no more than maybe 2 minutes.
I love my McNuggets McDonald's has the best french fries in the world. Very clean restaurant never ever dirty very clean very nice associates behind the counter. Keep up the good work ❤️
