It’s ok food. They are open all night when not much else is. The folks working there at several locations were so pleasant to order from, even at 5AM when I wanted a burger. Cool employees all around! We don’t have that kind of service in Mississippi.

Let me just say that I all I got is some tea and the most delicious chicken strips ive ever tasted! I also wanted to mention that that i had pleasure of meeting the nicest lady in drive-thru! Jack in the Box is lucky to have her! I wish I could remember her her name, but she was completely professional and so nice! Thats the whole point of me making me this survey. " The Friendly Lady"

They're always missing something!! I wanted a Jr Bacon ..THEY HAD NO BACON ..then another time they charged me for a combo but didn't tell me they didn't have drinks until it was time to pay ...then when i didn't want the combo and changed my order the cashier acted like it was a bother for her!! Like i work fast food as well if u inform your customers before they order maybe then she wouldn't have had such a problem doing your job smh go ALL THE CASHIERS HERE ARE RUDE!!!! #thisjacksucks

I went through the Drive-thru service and was ordering for my disabled uncle and aunt. When I made my order, I stated I had a buy one get one free coupon and the staff stated we will adjust the price of the coupon once at the window. The staff that helped me was extremely courteous and helpful and it almost seemed like she was the cashier and cook at the same time. Just nice customer service.
