Today I went in for a cold drink.
I decided to get a grape slush it is really tasty and truly you taste the grape flavor.
The drive-thru did have me waiting for a little bit.
Finally they came on the speaker and took my order. The lady brought my drink right out and I was on my way to sipping and drinking it.
It was good.
I had the best milk shake at Sonic! I tried the cheese cake flavor and it was heaven for me. I totally recommend it to anyone, specially since the summer hasn't ended and it is still hot here in Houston. Do yourself a favor and grab a milk shake!
It is 12/17/2018 & 7:20am, been here for about 10 to 15 minutes. Not sure how my food is going to taste, but the guy here is working the intercom and serving food, maybe even prepping the food. Guy was polite and very patient and I saw one lady get frustrated with him.. guy definitely needs to be recognized for this and this franchise should be ashamed for allowing him to do all this.. smh.
Had to update my previous review. Stopped by tonight to satisfy some pregnancy cravings & Eric was AWESOME. Great communication & had our order out in a timely manner. We were very upset we didn’t have cash to tip him. Will definitely be coming back to see him
Been here twice in the last week. First time no one even came to the window & the girl inside was just chillin on her phone when they were fully open. Second time it turns out they were only serving drinks at like 11, right when people start taking their lunch??? This location is trash. Everyone that has taken my order seems like they don’t wana work there.
Service was decent, staff did good. They forgot to bring the sauce I asked for, but I checked my things before I left. Someone else had their drink spill on the floor during the handover. The gravy that came with my tenders was watery. Everything else was yummy. I might come back again if I need to.
Does a pretty good but like all sonics it is slow in terms of getting food the you order from a fast food place and occasionly I've had items that I have ordered that have not ended up in my Togo bag.
The staff is friendly and when mistakes are made they do fix them, which doesn't happen every place. Their error rate is about 10% so always double back your order.
I decided to have lunch at 10:30am. The staff was courteous and told me it would take a little longer than usual to get my order ready. The waitress that brought my order was very kind. My tater tots, however, were very oily. This may have been due to me ordering lunch so early.
Service is good and Pretty fast most days. I was bummed that they were out of onion rings this visit around but I could understand why. This particular location has tasty onion rings. Never a foul oily taste on them.
Always good. The only thing is that they usually have only a few employees (Like 3 at the most). One time there was one poor guy taking orders and bringing them out as well. Heck, I even think he was cooking because I didn't see anyone else in there at all

I go here basically every day for lunch since I work nearby. Raquel is a great carhop, very friendly and always accurate. I survive my afternoons at work on Rt 44 Diet Ocean Waters, half price if you order through the app!! Also, they're supporting Fritos again, so chili pies, wraps, burgers, hot dogs are now also Frito-friendly! Great staff there.
