CYNTHIA is the reason that I have switched to only Pizza Hut pizzas. She was doing it all, taking the orders, running the pizzas, and greeting me while I came in the door. She was so professional, that when I told her that I was going to give corporate a call so that she could be recognized for her outstanding service, she told me “You don’t have to do that, i just lov to give great customer service”. Pizza Hut needs to give her raise, because CYNTHIA is the reason that I have switched to Pizza Hut .
I know there are several mixed reviews here from everyone. I have lived in the neighborhood for several years and have had many experiences with this locations. In the past the location was slow and had poor customer service. But over the past few years I have had great experiences here. The managers name is Cynthia. We’ve had the privilege of getting to know each other and build a friendly relationship over the years. She is sweet and from point of view she truly cares about getting the orders right. Now in regards to other people there when she is no longer there that’s a different story. But I want to give this place my 5 stars because of Cynthia.

This review is regarding the Pizza Hut located at 8090 Antoine Road, Houston, TX. I ordered the Super Supreme Pan Pizza. It was outstanding! The crust was buttery and lightly sprinkled with garlic salt (I think?). The crust of a Pizza Hut pizza should be savory and it was. The delivery was made before the expected time by at least 15 minutes. Very happy to leave a review and order from this store again.
I ordered pizza early Saturday morning and the pizza was great hot and fresh and the cashier was very friendly I will be ordering often

Look people. Its pizza. Figure it out if you order at 630-8pm it might take a minute. You are not the only customer. Thats a busy time. Me and my boyfriend order here often. But not at 7 pm and expect a 5 minute delivery. The pizza is always fresh. Always hot and we always have very good service with a smile. Why dont you nimrods get a clue and stop ordering at peak times and expect 5 minute service? Seriously. Plan a little ahead. I think you might be the problem. We have gotten 12-15 pizza’s. No issues. But maybe we are not stupid.
