Have you ever seen a lobbied sonic! I almost got out just to seeee😊 Amazing a customer Service, overstuffed fries, and lemonade that would make chilis ask for the recipe 😩 Would recommend a 1000 times are so much fries got tired of them! Don’t pass skip or hurry absolutely worth it made my day‼️
Don't go to this Sonic. They are incredibly slow (20+ minute wait times with 2-3 other vehicles in the drive-thru/stalls), they get the order wrong 99% of the time, and they're also super, super rude. Don't expect any help from Sonic support, either. It sucks, because I really love their chicken slingers.
I have never personally been to this location, but my boyfriend's sonic app was hacked, and someone ordered $11 in food. He called the store, and Patricia is AMAZING. She immediately went to look for the order to see if it had already been sent out, and was incredibly helpful on getting the money back. She even called back to let us know that she found the order and DID NOT let it go out since it was a stolen card. I can't vouch for the taste of the food here, but Patricia deserves a raise. Thank you Patricia for your kindness and your help!!
Cookie was so genuine and thoughtful, I was not expecting to feel like I was visiting a welcoming little diner when I went thru the sonic drive thru. Made my day 😁
