I had a GREAT tine😍 I LOVE CANES and waiting for them to open was worth every minute! I was #38 in line.

No matter the location I have never been disappointed. Chicken fingers are meaty and just right on the batter, their fries are delicious and I always have the sweet tea. My only thing is I prefer everything with hot sauce instead of their house sauce.
I'm an adult and usually I get a kids meal because that's what I'm in the mood for and I can tell that there definitely is a difference between a adult ordering a kids meal and a kid getting a kid's meal. For some reason they give kids more than they would give a adult and that's messed up. They are still getting money so why treat customers differently. And please stop being protective of the hot sauce. I asked for a lot because I really like hot sauce and they gave me one for each person like come on.
I come here often and always order to go inside, I like my meal extra crispy and would rather wait inside than back up the drive-through. sometimes I get extra crispy, and sometimes I don't, I think a lot of the time, they give me regular fries and extra crispy chicken or vise Versa even when I specify both. it could possibly be different cooks have different cook times on extra crispy. I will continue to go and I often get exactly what I'm looking for, just something to note. they are mostly friendly and super fast on regular orders. I go late at night after work and still receive good service.
My husband placed an online order that I walked inside to pick up. When I say the initial greeting from Front Cashier, Dylan, made the entire experience, his energy could be felt across the room ! His friendly greeting as soon as I walked in felt like a breath of fresh air. He assisted me immediately and reassured me that my order was currently being prepared. The food looked and smelled AMAZING! I am so happy I decided to get my family Raising Canes tonight. Overall great experience! :)

Can't speak to the food because I don't like chicken, but my 91 yr old grandma LOVES this place, especially the slaw. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Thank you for making my grandma's day.
The young woman and man taking orders outside in the drive thru were kind, engaging, personable, funny and doing customer service as it should be done. Well done!
The atmosphere provided here is always top notch, aside from the incredibly enthusiastic employees and the smiles they leave you with - the food is completely worth the price and will always leave you coming back for more!!
Food was fine. No complaints. Tables were dirty and customers were clearing off dirty tables to make room to sit. There were employees standing around who could have been cleaning properly.
Everything Is Delicious! Best Sweet Tea! Can't Get Enough Special Cane Sauce For Dipping and The Fluffy Texas Toast Is Toasted Just Enough With A Delicious Buttery Taste. Awesome! You'll Love It!
