Took a rest and enjoy the fries here. The vibe was nice. I was surprised that this branch was almost full during not a meal time. I don’t feel dangerous here, but somehow the entrance gate is locked and the employees would need to open the door for everyone who wants to enter. The app was out of order during the time, so I need to go confirm my order with them. Service was nice.
This was THE BEST McDonald's I have EVER been to. The fries were perfect and must have been cooked with holy oil, cause My God My God every last one of em was heaven sent. The burger and the sweet tea were also made with love. The customer service was very professional and welcoming. The guy in the drive thru and the girl that brought my food deserve a raised for listening effectively and providing excellent customer service. We need more staff like this everywhere. The cook also deserves Chef of the Year. Thank you for providing great food and service.
Wilcrest/Briar Forest location deserves a raise.
Beautiful looking cheeseburger can tell that they put effort into the food, would show you the fries but they didn’t live to see the day.😕

Time and time again. This location is my favorite location. The workers are always so friendly and polite. And on top of it, they ALWAYS make my breakfast taquito they way I always request (just eggs, no sausage). All the other locations give me a hard time stating they pre-make them and can’t do anything about it. This one goes above and beyond and makes it with just the egg sheet.

Just went by they had forgotten my basket of fries and went back and asked to get my order replaced. The manager on the floor didn't hesitate to do it. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. Thank you all for the great teamwork. Especially the manager. I wish I could have caught his name ♥️👌
Service at this place has been great for over 20 years, but in the last 2-3 weeks it has gone to hell. After using the mobile app to order breakfast for pick up at least a dozen times with good results it has now quit working for the last couple weeks. I don't mind a couple days, but two weeks???? The last time I used it ( weekend of 8-27) I tried to go inside to pick up my food at about 8:30 AM and place was locked.
This place used to be a good fast food place especially for breakfast, but NO MORE. I suspect a management change-for the worst.
REVISED REVIEW:
I don't know what they did but this place is BACK UP TO ITS USUAL HIGH STANDARDS. I've taken out breakfast from there twice in the last week and things are back to usual--fast, accurate, friendly service. Whatever caused the month long problem is gone.
