Wonderful service. We ordered sweet potato fries with our avocado smoothie with tapioca. The smoothie and tapioca were amazing but the sweet potato fries were a little on the soggy side but edible. We didn’t complain about it and just continue eating. Out of the blue, one of the employee approached us and apologized about the oil in their fryer not getting hot enough and offered us a new order. When the new order came out, it’s definitely was a whole lot better than the other serving. It’s not very often that a business own up to its mistake and go out of its way to address the issue. Kudos to the employee who went out of her way to make things right! Will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Delicious boba teas and smoothies! Large variety and customer service was good. If you’re unsure, they’re able to help answer your questions. We sat by the window for a relaxing time enjoying our drinks.

Man, I had a dope time here with my wife✨We played Connect4 and we laugh and played while they were playing her favorite Songs that she likes! They played a lot of BTS and just everything in general was amazing:) we enjoyed coming to Teahouse🥰👾 We coming soon again!

I love The Teahouse! I come here all the time. The drinks are always so fresh. They allow you to alter your drink in many different ways and there are always plenty of healthy options. Staff are polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

1st time here Sat 7/8/23. Drinks were delicious!! Tapiocas were perfectly chewy without being overcooked. Service was confusing & required 2 other ppl behind the counter to help - I tried to go thru the 1-4 steps listed on their menu.. but seemed the 1st hispanic gal couldn't speak english so kept asking the other lady & guy behind counter for help who actually could speak english. The guy finally took over the ordering from her, thank god!! Altho the 1st thing he asked was about the Jasmine tea & I was like NO I did not order a Jasmine tea - I ordered TWO cream teas, 1 taro cream & 1 taro coconut 🙄 - it took him a min to cleanup her mussed up order in the system. Both taro cream & taro coconut by default are 25% sweetness & light ice, this was fine so we just added tapioca to both drinks. All our drinks came out quickly.

I love it here! Everytime we enter, the workers greet us very nicely, when I have some questions they do there best to help me! Sandra there is very nice, love her energy! 10/10 recommend!

The best location in all Houston. Employees are always kind. I have been coming here for over 13 years and Sandra has always been the best! All of the employees are super attentive. They make the drinks well and on the rare occasion you are not satisfied they fix it!

It’s my 3rd time visiting this location. And they all been a pleasant experience. The first time I visited, I was with my mom. She was overwhelmed because she didn’t know what or how to even order. But the employees here are very friendly and kind. They were very patient and even went to detail about different types of drinks. Even suggested a delicious beverage for my mom to try and that if she didn’t like it, they’d be happy to get her something else. I thought that was very thoughtful. Will definitely come back to this location again!
