Randalls

I hadn't been back in a Randall's since Safeway bought them out in Houston. Had a chance to check out the store off Milam @ Webster in Midtown. Idk, the jury is still out at the moment. The store seemed really cramped and the parking in front was kind of hectic and tight. The cashier "Kasey", that helped me at the self checkout was extremely nice, patient and helpful! Prices were good but I'll have to comparison shop with Kroger's to see.

I love this store. It's a smaller location in comparison to other Randall's locations but I like that aspect. The employees are friendly & helpful and have become familiar faces to me. It's not the cheapest grocery store I've ever been to--arguably it's one of the most expensive store chains to shop at in Houston--but there are always decent deals and freebies if you use the loyalty rewards program with their app on your phone. The store is really clean and well maintained. I'm hard pressed to find anything that I don't like about shopping here.

I have shopped here many times and never had a bad experience. They have tons of selection, friendly employees, great low prices, easy to navigate aisles, and a great atmosphere. I would recommend getting a Randall’s card, as it saves you on some pretty good deals on many products in the store. They often have some nice buy-one-get-one free deals on meat (sometimes buy one get TWO free) and I will go out of my way to shop here for those meat deals. I would recommend this location for grocery shopping. The parking lot is rather small and tight, but other than that it’s always a pleasant experience.

I’m a 3 year customer now and all I can say is good things . Cashiers are great help , love the fresh fruits and vegetables. I highly recommend checking out the flower section, great gifts for Birthdays, Mother’s Day , Valentines, fresh flowers arrangements and beautiful teddy bears . Different varieties of wine.
