I haven't had KFC in a while and decided to give this location a try. The employees were very nice and got my order ready quickly. The food was good but I was disappointed in the mashed potatoes. I remember them being more flavorful and was so excited about getting mashed potatoes only to be disappointed. The best comparison I can make is that they tasted like baby food mashed potatoes.
Stopped by for lunch. Service was very friendly and efficient!! Food was delicious and hot and didn’t seem like it was sitting under a heat lamp. No one in line so got my order very quickly !! Will definitely be back again !!
I asked for Coke at the counter and they handed me the cup and then I saw they only have Pepsi. Then I went back and said I don't want Pepsi. I asked for Coke then the girl says we don't have Coke. We have Pepsi I said I see that now. You should have told me then. Now I want my money back. Well here's a bottled water. It's the same price no. Thank you. There's something lost in the translation between Spanish and English that this country needs to go to one language because this is ridiculous. What is happened to a unified nation? If it's not our dialect separating us, it's our government. God help us all.
I have given them five stars before but not this time the chicken have been sitting up was very dry as well as the same for the french fries no more five stars for me

Great tasting fast food. Ran there to buy a combo meal for a very nice elderly homeless man that works at the corner store do odds and ends at the corner of Bingle and Pinemont, his name is Eugene, if you happen to go there say hello to him, he's so nice and sweet.
Ordered a pot pie and it was like it just came out the oven.. moist in the inside was surprised.. Good job
Got there expecting them to say, "sorry, we're closed" at 10:23 but surprisingly, they said "pull up to the window."
The guy ( I didn't catch his name ) was very assertive and had the best customer service I've seen in a fast food place. I would give this 10 stars if possible.
As far as food preparation, I got my food in under 2 minutes. They had it ready and neatly packed. No rush and my order was 100% correct. Keep up the good work KFC ( On Tidwell to be exact )
