Love me a #13 Mike's Way, great staff, fast service, maybe could use some more seating........
I absolutely love it havent gone to a subway since! The service is always a must for me in a restaurant and they give it their all! But the food OMG it's amazing! We need one in 77087!
Came into the place after a long day with a big appetite... William with absolute kindness took my order and Naomi with style and grace prepared my food to perfection!!! And to boot the music playing was soothing enough to put me in a daze for a minute just eating and enjoying my food!!! Thanks guys I'm leaving here satisfied!!!
The crew members are all nice especially the guy that over-greets everyone when they walk in the door, some may be annoyed by it but I love it because it shows the joy he brings to the job and customers. Gray, the GM is exceptional as well. I had a problem on my last visit and I went in today and he made up for what happened last time. I love visiting this location.
Even since 2020, Ive been coming here. Slowly but surely stopped going to Subway. Prices are a little up there but its worth it for the better quality ingredients. Customer service is great, they hardly make any mistakes. Keep doing what y’all doing.
This Jersey Mike’s location went above and beyond on their preparation of our gluten free sandwiches! The bread is stored in individual packages away from the main prep area, they use a separate knife to cut the bread and it’s also stored away from the main prep area. They even made the sandwich in another part of the store minus the extra toppings. Definitely recommend this store if you are needing a great gluten free sandwich.
The #3&11 were great! We’re Jersey people and LOVE your product BUT you had enough ladies behind the counter for a larger area! Also, the ladies room was filthy and NO PAPER PRODUCTS!! I had to dry my hands on my jeans! When I told the young lady at the register she looked annoyed..Suggestion, THE PRODUCT SELLS ITSELF.. You NEED LEADERSHIP..

The young lady Bianca and the manger made my odder, very very impressed with the communication and sanitary of the restaurant and on top of that my order of sandwiches was beyond delicious.

The food was delicious, but the customer service was bad. I called in my order, the staff acted like I was bothering them when I came to pick up. No one greeted me, but the issue was leaving me stand there when I needed to pick up and pay. Then when the lady came to the cash register, she has an attitude. I won't be going back to that location.
We stopped by on 1/30/2021 in the morning to buy a drink. We didn’t even know that this place was here. We walked in and the lady that was there working was so nice and welcoming. We told her that we had never been there and she took the time to explain how there menus worked and how all there meats are cook at time of making your sandwich. Just very helpful we told her that we only want a drink and she said ok. So we told her that we would be back for dinner and she said ok. Later that night at 8:00pm we returned for the second time that day and she was just as welcoming as she was in the morning. It’s great to find a place where they treat there customers the right way. By the way the Philly cheese sandwiches is amazing. Thank y’all for such great customer service.
They are always super nice when you walk through the door, any day, any TIME! Maria is such an amazing manager and she treats that store as if it was her own home. I appreciate everything that she does for each of her customers. Their sandwiches are so good. The smell, the taste, and the joy you feel in the store. #42 is always what I suggest! Thanks to everyone at the store who makes it always an amazing experience. (:
