From the time the red button was answered, Rhoda gave white glove service. She took my order, has an amazing Harvard voice lol and even brought the food to me in a timely manner ♥️ I asked if she trains the other employees she greeted me so well! Keep up the amazing work!!!!
Amber took my order and she was amazing. I asked for recommendations and she told me her favorites. All of them were great! Awesome hire! Mrs.Edwards brought out my food and was just as great!
The staff is always on point at this location, whether it’s the GM Ms. Robin or staff taking orders like Jace. They all show poise, and the food is consistent. Sonic executives, if your reading these reviews, from one executive to another - take care of this group of employees, time for increase in $$$, keep them happy or I’ll consider bringing them on staff with my companies.
Ordered classic crispy sandwich and Rt. 44 Diet Coke. Everything arrived as expected. No problems with this location.

Honestly I must say the manager Rhoda (hope I spelled it right) at the Westheimer and sun vale location really made my experience worth it. My order was incorrect the night before but she fixed the issue very next day. Normally people don’t care or don’t even try to make things right anymore but I’ll go out of my way to choose this sonic over the one on Eldridge from now on.
