After reading other reviews on this site . I must say I really enjoy coming to this smoothie king …. Although I have one 15 minutes away from my location I now go out to Kirby location ( stopped by when I took my shoes to the shoe doctor the 1st time) I must say They’re a young man there name Jonathan who is so kind and personable goes out his way for good CS and make my smoothie perfect every time. I have made this my go to smoothie king and have referred my friends and family to this location…Awesome customer service sir!
Female behind the counter didn’t seem to interested in her job. Took place on Friday the 13. Could definitely tell she didn’t take pride in her job nor her customer base. I’m giving 5 stars because I know it’s not smoothie kings fault for their emotional or ethical state but take some pride in your staff and maybe they’ll take pride in your customer. When I go into a random place of business and I’m greeted like my dog is because she’s so elated I’m there when I come home or half as much; I will come back…just remember that…
WORST SERVICE EVER! 3PM 05/25/23 2 GUYS AND A PINK HAIR GIRL HAD ME WAITING 15 MIN BEFORE THEY TOLD ME THEY CLOSED THE CASHIER AND THEN PROCEEDED TO DENIED MY ORDER BECAUSE PINK HAIR BIH DIDNT KNEW HOW TO COUNT!! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET A BETTER ONE THATS WHY YALL LOOK MISERABLE IN THERE.
i visit this store most. service, food quality and cleanliness and are good. employees are friendly. varies some from shift to shift but overall the staff is friendly and serves quickly.
parking is challenging at this location especially during peak business. smoothie king can’t really do anything. but it has affected my decision to stop or not. not only is parking limited but some of the parking spaces are difficult to get in to and out of.

Exceptional service! Was immediately attended as soon as walked in. Cashier was patient with me as I asked for my order. Took about 5-8 minutes for smoothies to come out. Said hello to every customer that walked in and made them feel like they valued them. Would definitely recommend!!!
Smoothie was delicious. Customer service was wonderful. Wait time was longer than I would’ve expected, however I’m uncertain what all goes into their craft. I docked a star because of the poor parking situation.
This review is specifically for Brandon R. (whose name was on my receipt, so I assume that was him), who was so lovely! I came in, right at closing time no less, after my first ever yoga class. Brandon recommended I download the app and showed me how, which was great and saved me $2. Through that, we got chatting and I told him I had just done my first yoga class and wasn't feeling great about it. And as he was preparing my smoothie, he was being so encouraging! He told me that it just takes some time and that it was cool I gave it a try at all. I left feeling lifted up and just really appreciated him. And I wanted to make sure to share that!
Best smoothies are made at this location. Some location don't make them thick, but watery especially the meal replacement smoothies. I like those thick to feel full.
