We come here quite a bit, was very impressed with Hailey, as usual, she is awesome!! She always has a smile, great work ethic and cares about the customers!! Aside from the food, she's why we come! I know we will be served correctly when she's there; she listens! Thank you for having her on the staff, she makes up for where they fall short, so important!!
I want to thank Joy and Sandy for providing me and my husband with exceptional customer service. Very joyful people and professional as well. People like this definitely deserve to move up and get more compensation. I will come back!
You can get the cheapest and the largest portion of food here in Chipotle. 1 burrito bowl is large enough for my two times meal. The food is very fresh and delicious. The restaurant has a large seating area and also an outdoor area. The staffs are very friendly and are willing to help you throughout your order.
I ordered the bowl with steak as my protein. The steak was burnt to black char on many pieces; this was a first for me at Chipotle. Steak was also not too seasoned. I've had more flavorful steak at other locations. Some staff were alert and very attentive to customers. Some more interested in their own interests then.
Favorite chipotle is this westheimer location! Do not go to the queensbury lane chipotle, their food is dry and the service is horrible, go to this one instead! Anyone talking bad about the sweet doorman needs to work on themselves. The food is always great and the service even better.
I don't know about the bad reviews but it's not what they really say it is. The portion was so huge. I also noticed others food was a good portion too. If there's something you like, after they add it, ask them to add a little more✌️
Sometimes the best experience doesn't always happen inside but on the journey there. As I pulled up to the restaurant I noticed a busy outside walkway and tons of foot traffic entering and exiting surrounding establishments. The one thing that caught my attention was the man that stood outside Chipotle, opening the door for anyone coming inside. He was soo polite and always smiled. After picking up my order I made sure I gave him a "tip" for his hospitality. Can't go wrong with Chipotle!
I was there May 4th 2023 . Jerome ( afro-american, slim, tall ) served me and he had such a friendly smile when he served me and the tone of his voice conveyed he is a " happy person " ... He prepared an Excellent portion ' bowl' . Then Rosie checked me out and she is the sweetest ! Great place , I wish them both all the best -- Dee :)

Smaller sized area. Food wasn't the hottest. Staff was friendly. I've been to several where margaritas are on the menu but not available, however this one serves margaritas. This small cup was $7.15
